    Half way thru the month it's going too fast!

    Did very well yesterday, lots of good food, lots of water! Worked on the house decorations and wrapping, so lots of movement.

    Today is treat day in our office; didn't bring anything in [since I thought it was tomorrow] - but have eggs, jicama, cheese and sausage for myself...so I'm set.

    Have a great Tuesday - step away from the cookies!

    Here and on plan, getting ready to head in to the office today. Down another 2/10ths of a pound today. Have a great day all!
    1st Goal ~ 199 Onderland -Met 3/29/10
    2nd Goal ~ 174 No longer obese
    3rd Goal ~ 150 In the home stretch
    Final Goal ~ 145 or below (I'll know when I get there) No longer overweight

      I'm here and need to get back on plan! My problem has not been with food, but I think I've hit the alcohol rung a little to hard! I use a couple shots of bourbon to help me sleep at night and I think it's caused a stall.
      male/35/295/250/175? Weight loss is no longer my primary goal. Getting to the point where I no longer feel like h-e-doublehockeysticks is!

            I agree that the month is going Way too Fast !! And I'm not nearly close enough to being ready for Christmas

            Congratulations Carole on the continuing downward movement of the scale

            Jason, I think you have it figured out what the problem is. Now to move on and take care of the problem, right. About a couple of mugs of chamomile tea instead

              Hi all! I've been away for a few days but not because I'm off plan. Just because it's that time of year. I've been a bit frustrated. I usually weigh in on Tuesdays and then will usually hop on once over the weekend. My first week back I was at 166. That following weekend it was at 163.5. Then Tuesday it was back at 166. Then the next weekend I was back at 163.5 and today I'm at 165. I'll take the one pound, for sure, but wish I could hold on to the weekend weight some how.

              Perhaps part of it is water. I know when I'm at work I get my water in no problem. But at home, not as much. I dunno. Still pluggin' along.

              Jason - alcohol is not only a staller from me but a gainer. I can have one drink and can pretty much flush my efforts away. It's been REALLY hard as I am someone who always had drinks in the evenings. But I have to say *proudly* that since restarting, I've had two small drinks and thats it. And they weren't even worth it! I may end up skipping the alcohol run completely when I get there.
