Help i'm starting again after 2 years

Hello everyone
I'm starting Atkins again after 2 and a half yrs. I need to lose weight badly. I lost 58 lbs before. I want to lose 130 lbs. I want extra support. I was thinking of a phone buddy as well. Is anyone game? I really need and want to succeed this time. Thanks for reading.

Thanks for the reply. Why do we all stop diets? I fell off the wagon it's hard. I'm back and hoping to get great support.

Hey BBbaby!!!!

Welcome back, it is really great to see you here and to meet you!

This is a great board full of people who care and truly understand what it is like to go through difficult times. We ALL go through them whether we want to openly admit it or not.....the important part is, you are back now and that is terrific! I'm sure you know where things went wrong along the way and can make the appropriate changes so that doesn't happen again. If for some reason you do slip....get back up and KEEEEEEP GOING!!! Don't give up.

Be sure to prepare foods a head of time so that you have legal foods available to you at all times. Drink plenty of water each day and remember to fit some form of exercise into your daily routine...these things go hand in hand.

Be sure to read to book from cover to cover and never be shy to ask questions....learn from my mistakes....ASK questions when you have them...there is never a dumb question.

Learn from my other mistake...be patient and ask for support when you need it...even if it's just about having someone to vent to. This is not just a physical battle but an emotional one too. We're all in this together and know you are never alone.

Maybe after 2 yrs she has forgotten why she stopped & frankly after 2yrs why does it matter?

I just want to say welcome Bombaybaby! Read your DANDR, ask all the questions you need to, make sure you get some exercise, drink at least 64 oz of water & of course come to ADBB for some daily support. Remember we have daily roll call here so please check in & let us know how your day is going.

Go to the STAC forum. There's a roll call every morning. You can post there anytime to just check in with everyone.

Just come to Second Time Around Club Forum every morning & see if someone has started a roll call thread. You can even start it if you want. Take a look at some of the older ones to see what people write about. I started the roll call this morning. You could post on it now if you wanted!

Support is crucial in making this way of living/eating work. We all need to be supportive of one another!
