Hey everyone,
I have revamped my lifestyle once again to be low carb. I started induction today. I hope I can truly be successful this time. Its no longer about getting thin and looking good, its now about my health. I was diagnosed with high blood sugar/pre-diabetes. UGH! What a wake up call.
Not only am I a true carb addict, I drink WAAAAY too much alcohol. That has stopped and must stop for good before I am even more miserable with myself AND facing a diagnoses of diabetes.
So, I think this time I will be successful, because my reasoning has changed and I am scared for my life, I want to be healthy this time, I think the change in what drives me will be what makes the difference.
Thanks for listening,

The important thing is to never quit. After my zillion other diets, I have been trying low carb for a couple years now with various LC plans. Learned a lot in that time and made a lot of mistakes along the way.
