    Good morning to all. 219.8 this morning

    So I am glad that I decided to start this week instead after the new year aka next Monday. This gives me a whole extra week to hit my goal.

    What are some of your goals for next year?

    Mine are to get under 200 for my 25th birthday. I have been fighting with that number for 1-1/2 year now since I have graduated from college. My all time high being 271, that was a sad day, as I wrestled 171 in high school.
    GOAL #1-220 lbs Completed 03/27/10
    GOAL #2-215 lbs
    GOAL #3-210 lbs
    GOAL #4-205 lbs
    GOAL #5-199.9 lbs onederland

    My goal is to finally win this battle with the 47 lbs I need to lose.
    Short term though, I need to lose 20 lbs to get my blood sugar under control, and get healthy again.

      Hello!
      Good for you!!

      My goal in 2010 is to get rid of this extra weight, get to and maintain goal, and KILL the demons - like over eating, binge eating and stress/emotional eating. So pretty much get my eating under control.
      OH and to really make exercise a part of my day to day life. I'd like to run at least a 1/2 marathon this year.
      Started Atkins on December 8th, 2005

      Officially Re-Focusing on 12-28-09.

      Was, Am, Will be: 280/222/175ish.
      Started Dec 2005 and lost 105 lbs by mid 2006, maintained loss for the most part until 2009...then really let go & gained some back... lol

      so:
      Restart Progress:
      12/28/09 ~ 235.1
      01/04/10 ~ 229.0
      01/11/10 ~ 229.0 Grrrrr....
      (Induction= only 6lbs but lost 10 inches! yay)
      01/18/10 ~ 227.4

      02/01/10 ~ 222.6

        Good morning everyone It looks like the snow is gone for a few hours but argh, it's a bit chilly out there. No walks in the desert today...
        I'm still on track, but feel like my body is trying to get a cold. So lots of liquids and try and find something to eat that sounds appealing.

        And my goals are the same as they've been. Stay on track, learn this WOE so that it is as natural as breathing, and make exercise a habit I love. The rest will fall into place

          hi all here and on plan - just had a leftover lasagna stuffed pepper - they are so good!

          My goals for the new year...just stick to plan, make it my life. I'm not going to set any 'pound' goal, I just want to continually go down. It will be a year in February, which shocks me - I've never stuck to something this long before. Obviously I'm enjoying my new WOE.

            Hi induction is going very well day 3 and 4lb loss already.
            My first goal is to get to my goal of 166lb not too far as Im 178.6today.
            I will then reset another goal once I get there.

              Hey everybody! I'm here and on plan!

              My goals for 2010 - to reach my goal weight, get more exercise, restart my martial arts training, and figure out my job situation!

                Checking in for the day. It has been a good one & the glass has been half full all day long!

                My goals for 2010 are good health physically, mentally & spiritually. Healing new & old wounds that contribute to the reasons why I'm overweight. Establish new habits. Learn to put myself first for the first time in my life. Pretty big job ahead of me but I'm determined!

                      Here and on plan, still up about 3 pounds from my low, but I'll get back soon. My goals for 2010 are to continue with this WOE and quit smoking so I can do more exercise without getting winded.
                      1st Goal ~ 199 Onderland -Met 3/29/10
                      2nd Goal ~ 174 No longer obese
                      3rd Goal ~ 150 In the home stretch
                      Final Goal ~ 145 or below (I'll know when I get there) No longer overweight

                      Current Mini Goals:
                      1) 35 pounds lost
                      2) 40 pounds lost to move to Rung 5
                      3) 45 pounds lost to update 15 pound loss picture series

                        For me because of my choices over the holiday I was down to 191 which has been my lowest I think since I was 16. I am now 44. I got as high as 198 over Dec 24,25,26. I am now down to 195 started right back on plan on the 27. My goal is to exercise more... continue with my water intake, and throw a dance party when I reach the 180s.......
