    Good morning STACer's.

    Frigid cold here in the Northeast. I'd love to stay home today & stay in my pajama's. Hi Ho Hi Ho off to work I go. Have a fantastic day everyone & make sure you do something kind for yourself. I'm still looking at the glass half full.

        Morning all, third day of induction. BG levels are coming down but could be a fluke. Got hardly any sleep.. my house turned into a frat house last night... to many screaming drunken idiots.

          Im here 218.2 this morning. Doing good. I had cauliflower pizza crust pizza the other night and it was awesome. Tasted like the real thing

            Happy Wednesday!

            The garbage truck roared around our place at 4 this morning...grrrr...and it finally snowed here in our part of the world in Idaho. I'm going to get beaten up by the treadmill today---that's kind right?

              Good Morning all !!!
              Dragging my feet this morning, fighting a stupid head cold. It's only a stupid head cold for crying out loud, how come I feel as week as a kitten? This is where I'm glad to be retired and get to stay inside

              Gonna fight the good fight and try and eat enough today... I noticed my calories have been too low lately. Don't know about the exercise today though

              Have a great day today in spite of the cold.

                Gooooooooood morning everyone! It is cold cold cold here in Quebec as well so I will be happy to sweat it out with the WII today! Feeling really optimistic about the coming year...this will be the one I finally reach my goal weight!!!

                  Good morning...

                  Cold... for Las Vegas, anyway (it'll get up to the low 50's (fahrenheit) today)...

                  I have today, tomorrow and Friday off!

                  On plan and focused on drinking water today...

                    I'm here and truckin' along! Feeling better today and feeling better weight wise too!
                    It's only been 2 days and can already fit back into a pair of pants I couldn't a week ago! Go figure!

                    Started Dec 2005 and lost 105 lbs by mid 2006, maintained loss for the most part until 2009...then really let go & gained some back... lol

                      Afternoon ladies, Cold here in PA as well 28 last night today is 37 . I hate being cold!!! I want to move to Florida.lol Did my wii fit today. I flew like a chicken (inside joke for other wii members) lol. I am continuing to lose since my horrible holiday cheating..... Hope everyone has a great day...

                          Congrats to all the loosers and to those sticking to plan!

                          I'm here, but that's about it. I have to force myself to post truthfully or I will find myself on the lost Atkins path. This has been a hard week, I've had to be in the office every day, as we are down one staff member and the other is on vacation this week(I normally telecommute 4 days per week). On top of that, traffic has been awful, taking between 3-4 hours to get home each night, not counting the almost 2 hours it takes to get there in the morning.

                          I was doing good this week, was actually within 1.5 pounds of my low this morning. Went to work, and some people were going to 5 Guys Burgers & Fries for lunch (if you don't have them where you live, they are awsome!), so I decided to join them. I was quite confident that I could order a burger, no bun, with cheese, onion, tomato and lettuce and be satisfied. But as I stood in the line, I started smelling their fresh cut, cooked in peanut oil cajun fries, and they smelled so good. The line was moving too fast, I couldn't think, I couldn't come up with a plan, and before I knew it I was ordering, it was like an out of body experience, I hear myself ordering a burger (with the bun) and a small cajun fries (which is still huge). I was just about to order a coke (I haven't had a soda in 6 months) when I jumped back into my body and changed it to a bottle of water. Ok, so my mind is spinning, what the heck did I just do? So I bargain with myself, ok, I got the water instead of the coke, that's one brownie point, so I'll just eat a few of the fries and since I'm eating the fries what the heck is the bun going to hurt? But you all know how these things go, and I finished the bag of fries.............................. They really were good, and I've had no physical symptoms from eating them, yet I'm sure the scale will tell the truth in the morning.

                          I think I subconciously purposely sabotaged today. I've had this bottle of sugar-free sweetened with Splenda Margarita mix sitting in my pantry for over a year, and I was really thinking a Margarita would be good tomorrow night. But I was telling myself no, that I was back on track and almost back to my low and I would just have to wait for the alcohol rung to break the seal. By blowing today, and having 3 frustrating hours to sit in traffic and think about it, I convinced myself to just go ahead and stop by the liquor store for that bottle of Tequila, give in to the Margarita calling me tomorrow night and start fresh on January 1st. So that is the plan at the moment, unless I can figure out why I keep sabotoging my efforts in the next 24 hours. I think I need to go back to induction for a few weeks, as I've been having some cravings I can't seem to kick.

                          Well going to go hop on the Wii Fit and see if I can mitigate some of the damage done today. Have a great day all!

                              Hey everyone... finally got the gumption to get the ball rollin again.. i put 5 lbs back on since the week before Christmas.. ahhh thank god thats past! not waiting till the new years day to start induction. I started yesterday... slipped a little yesterday, but its under control again. and have done well today.. feel like i am ready to give those last 35 pounds ****!!! they are gone this year.. gone GONE GONE>>> Happy New Years EVERYONE!!!
