I am feeling very proud of the women who dare to change her life... and did a fine job of it.. this New Year I dare to go further and reach the goals i have been striving for all this time. I know i will attain my goal, the 30 remaining lbs.. seems doable .. think i can i think i can i know i can i KNOW I CAN!! I am on track and am in for the long haul and beyond. See you all there..
