    Good morning all

    I hope no one minds me starting off this morning. Being in Switzerland, my day starts during most of your night!!

    All good on day three. Feeling so much better. Five pounds of the water bloat has gone in two days. My face looks so much better and not puffy like before. The carb face has gone!!

    I am still 14.5 up on my lowest weight but hope this initial two weeks will knock a lot of those pounds off.

    Good morning, Zarabelle! I KNOW you're delighted to see that carb face shrinking!! You'll be through serving the 2 week sentence in no time! Then, it's back to Atkins delicious-ness!!

    I'm here! I'm on plan and enjoying the overall feeling of health I only get from this way of eating! Excited about reaching goal!! Maybe this month? Who knows?

        Good morning everyone, another Day 3'er here!! Time to go snow blow the driveway.

        What I know:
        1-Atkins WOE/WOL plan works
        2-I need to always work on the behaviors and triggers that make me over eat.
        3-Atkins WOL is part of the puzzle, but is not the entire thing.
        4-Self-deprecation only feeds our inner ego and not in a good way.

          Good moring everyone! Glad to "hear" happy people this morning. It is very cold here and snowing again...........sometimes a little hard to be excited and happy about this white stuff! after reading your posts I am motivated to continue on and hang with you all! Need to drink the fluid allotment today......was a little short of it yesterday. Will keep busy with quilting and putting Christmas decorations away. busy hands and a plan will keep me legal! = )

            Good morning--also a Day 3er and losing the carb face!

            Zarabelle, I'm right there with you. About 15 pounds above my lowest weight and ready to get back down there and keep on going. After a couple of months of being very lenient with my food, it's amazing to remember what it feels like to be FULL!

                evening all (well here it is) im a little saddened at myself i know it won undo the good start but something i nmust remember for the rest of time, i had one to many servings of spenda today and didnt (well still time yet) have all my water ive only managed 1 litre so far and its tea time and if i go mad on the other litre+ ill be up all night weeing!!! sorry
                anyways been good other than that finishing up turkey and sprouts and salads today so have gotten in my carbs and fat just about (butter melted on veggies and mayo on salads)
                heres to a better day tomorrow, kids back to school, so maybe a little less snacking from them will help me stop reaching to snack too,

                  Evening all, yet another day 3er...theres lots of us about :0)
                  Not a bad day, headache has gone & had more energy this morning than I can remember ever having but, bit of a sore tummy this afternoon so, that slowed me down again. Just cooking dinner now so, hopefully, that will sort it!!

                    I am feeling ok, but the bacon I bought was not what I wanted to buy -i wanted to get regular but picked up smoked bacon which has 1.5 carbs per slice! Yuck!

                    Am planning on getting out for a walk soon.

                      Good Morning All (or evening) Being on the West Coast, I'm used to being close to last on this board Sounds like everyone is working through their induction ailments.... Just keep on plugging through. We all know it's just 2 weeks, right ?

                      I'm on plan, and getting ready to head outside. It's a little nippy, but the sun is shining bright Sounds like a perfect day to head out to the playa and walk with the dogs.

                        Can't believe it is already 4:15!!! I need to start getting up earlier than 11am!!! back to work is going to be a killer! Sick of the snow too...but making a big batch of Texas style chili (no beans) in the crock pot! Smells yummy, but I might have overdone the chili ...Good thing my BF likes it spicy!!! At least I'll have to drink tons of water!!!

                            I'm here and on plan, fell off last night and had several beers, so this is officially day 1 of re-induction for me. I have a queso fresco pizza in the oven as I type, never tried it before, but it sure looks good, I'll let you know how it goes. Have a great day all!

                            3rd Goal ~ 150 In the home stretch

                              I am baaack!!! Just looking at my stats... I have gained way too much! But I am back to stay! My doctor told me that she wants me to restart and stick to this diet once and for all or I will end up a full-time diabetic! I am ready for it and look forward to being back in this way of eating! Good Luck everyone! Oh and Happy New Year!!
