    Re: Starting Over again!

Since you have been here before - what will you be doing this time around to avoid being at this "starting over" point sometime in the future?

<<Not sure how I got back here but I am..... Started slowly eating this and that and not worring about it>>

I'd say you know precisely how you arrived back at this point..."eating this and that" pretty much cooked your goose! But at least you didn't end up like many people, gaining all the weight back plus more - you are very wise to get back on track before you dug a deeper hole!

I wish you more than good luck - I wish you good planning!

Me too fell off the wagon getting a new start today. It is amazing how fast the lbs can pile back on after working toward getting it off. I am determined and this will not happen again!

I am of similar weight and hopefully with a lot of willpower it will come back off!

Not to sound stupid because I confess I haven't read the book in a while, but what is STAC? I'm coming back too, it's the only thing that's worked for me in the past. I will lose and then get cocky and stop and gain it all back. Ha...I just love carbs. Anyway, I wanted to find out what that was...am planning on reinducting today. Thanks and good luck to everyone in the new year!

Whew 8lbs down maybe it won't be as tough as I thought. I forgot how good I really feel when I am on this diet.
