When I am on the Atkins I feel very weak and find it hard to do a big amount of exercise, I am also feeling like I need to drink coffee all the time, and I know I should not be drinking it.
I just feel like I need a kick up the arse, the fustrating thing is I know I can do this I want to shed 2 stone, by Summer and keep it off.
I can handel not eating bread/pasta etc this time around though after a meal I just dont feel full
But sugar in my drinks (tea/coffee) is killing me, I think its phscological thing because I managed fine before...I am okay with diet coke never drank coke anyway but I do love water so just gota keep pushing myself!
