    HI everyone, Neihu Im sorry about your accident I hope your ok. Great job sticking on plan... How much longer till spring?? I hate seeing white everytime I look out the window. Im doing good on plan. Hope everyone has a great day.

        Checkin' in & enjoy seeing all these posts! Day 6 for me & I'm wiped out after a long day at work. Quiet evening planned & going to bed early.

          Had to read all the posts because I couldn't remember if I checked in!

          Still here! On plan....basking in the glow of ketosis!! Waiting for the pounds to go buh-bye!

            I made 1 week! Today was the best Ive felt so far. Forgot to pack a lunch today. Slacking on my water but still had my 64. London broil with a soy sauce/ splenda maranade and mashed cauliflower for dinner. Mmmmmm

              Mmmmmm - Mashed cauliflower. One of my usual downfalls is lack of veggies. I made some home made pickles today from fresh cucumbers, so now I have two veggies I can eat. When I get the recipe right I will post it. For now, I'll just eat the mistakes.

                I'm here, on plan, drinking water (glug glug glug).

                I think I'm going to ask DH to make crab-stuffed mushrooms soon.

                  Hi everyone well day 4 for me & was naughty & jumped on scales cause my belly has gone way down & yah for me 9lbs. gone how good is that!
                  Doing really well with my food drinking gallons of water as usual and really enjoying feeling so positive.

                        Hi all, I sure feel like an afterthought and not sure if anyone is reading my posts. I have a problem of posting in the evening here in Alaska and that is like when everyone is in bed. So I end up on the tail end of the posts everytime! I need to start posting in the mornings so that everyone can see what I am saying and that I am here! rofl

                        Sorry to the member who had the accident. That is really tough! I am glad you are okay though. And Wow to Wendy! Great job!

                        I am currently down 5, then down 4, then down 5. see sawing back and forth for the past 3 days! rofl I know it will go...just being impatient I guess.

                          Was super busy yesterday, didn't have a chance to get online but I was on track and workin' my Atkins..
                          Started Atkins on December 8th, 2005

                          Officially Re-Focusing on 12-28-09.

                          Was, Am, Will be: 280/222/175ish.
                          Started Dec 2005 and lost 105 lbs by mid 2006, maintained loss for the most part until 2009...then really let go & gained some back... lol

                          so:

                          01/11/10 ~ 229.0 Grrrrr....
                          (Induction= only 6lbs but lost 10 inches! yay)
