    Yep, Oz....the STAC forum is pure love and extremely FULL these days! Gotta love it!! I'm here...on plan...accounted for, minus a shower. Going to jump in there!

        a lot of early birds this morning!

        Here and determined. Still hating the scale, so have decided to stay off it for a while. Eating well and drinking lots of water, actually had a headache the last couple of days - not sure if getting back to ketosis or just a cold coming on....but better this morning.

          Good morning everyone. Finally showing some weight loss (ticker shows old high), but my scale can't decide how much...could it be because I have to get on and off of it so many times? LOL! Just got up and can't wait to cook my Scooter Sausage that I made last night. I really love that stuff. I found the old recipe on the recipe forum under "other." If you make it, be careful with the red pepper!

            Good Morning!! 3rd day here and trying really hard to stay on track. I slipped yesterday by having a spoonful of peanut butter. Craving sweets is my downfall. I hope everyone has a WONDERFUL day!!

              Good morning all! It's great to be back. My induction flu left yesterday and I now have the wonderful energy rush that makes this WOE great. Unfortunatley I was not a loser today, but you can't be a loser every day. It's freakishly cold here in south Georgia, but probably warmer than most parts of the country. I guess I better get used to it before we move back to Wisconsin. 125 days left to retirement. Great to see some of the old folks still around, and looks like we have a great batch of "new" folks hanging out. Let's have some fun, drink some water, eat some meat, and be losers together!

                    I feeling sore from my accident, so haven't worked out - I may do some yoga later.

                    But I seem to have lost my appetite, which I am pretty grateful for - and the scale is showing. I am in the 150's for the first time in about 2 years!

                      Hey guys, checking in. I've lost two inches on my waist I need to lose 3 more inches to be under 35 inches. I have the dreaded apple shape. I'm about to eat breakfast and get ready to buy some more groceries after I eat. I find nothing beats going to buy food on a full stomach! Later guys!

                            Hi everyone, went out last night, had a great time. Had a slip up disgusted with myself, especially since I lost 5 pounds this past week ,,, back to plan today ,hitting it hard, exercising like crazy.
