    Good Morning All!!
    Whoo Hoo! I'm a loser today. I dropped a pound yesterday after being stuck for four days. That puts me at 16 in 11 days of induction. I know it's gonna slow down, but it's always fun in the beginning. Keep it up everyone and stay warm today.

    Morning, morning!! It's FRIDAY!!!!!!!!!! YAY!!!

    On plan and really curious to weigh but afraid to as I devoured some awesome New York strips yesterday and generally, they aren't friendly to a next morning weigh in for me! Maybe I will, I don't know. It's also pretty cold to be getting naked even for the scale!

      Good morning everyone! Is it just me, or do you sleep better now? I don't know if it's Atkins or if it's just the cold, but morning is coming way too fast! I'm down 2lbs today! Yea! Dh is down 12.5 since Monday. Men! Grrr! He is starting to feel a little Atkins flu, but I got it right away and I'm getting over it now. I'm feeling really good! Have a great day and an even better weekend!

          Happy Friday everyone! First week of 2010 already over! How is everyone doing? I have been at the same weight since monday (to be expected sometimes) but I am sure that the darn sucralose sweetened cr*p I ate is responsible for that! Oh well, live and learn...I am getting rid of it. Be good all weekend kids!

            Day whatever and ready to go! I don't even feel like I'm on a diet anymore. Off to the store for some workout equipment then hitting it hard. I'm thinking about starting two a days three days a week. Still working out every morning with a jog after work 3 times a week.               Morning all. I am scared to say I am 2lbs lower today. I'm scared because that is probably a wishful measurement and I'm going to wake up and the scale will read something different. I got in half my water already because my throat was dry so I had water to take care of that. I'm trying to figure out what I want to eat for breakfast.

              Hmm should I cut up a pork chop from last night and put it in an omelette or should I make an "egg nog" shake. I just don't know. Oh yeah I lost another half inch for a waist measurement of 36.5 yes!

                Wow, lots of loosers here today, congrats. My scale is still not working so I don't have an exact number (it looked the same on my Wii scale) but it said my BMI was down a little from yesterday so must be heading in the right direction. But I'm not at all squishy, going to try to get all my water in today and see if I can get that squishy feeling back. I miss my real scale:-(

                Making a ham and cauliflower casserole today, should be good. Have a great day all!

                    Your BMI is a linear equation using just height and weight. Unless your height changed, your weight must have gotten lower according to your Wii. Congrats, you are a loser!
                    BMI can be computed by multiplying your weight in pounds by 703 and dividing the result by your height in inches squared. For example, I currently weigh 233 and am 71 inches tall. 233 X 703 = 163799 divided by 71 X 71 (5041) The result is 32.49 which is obese. This is true (: . At 214 I will just be happily overweight.

                    That being said, if you take your Wii BMI and multiply it by your height in inches twice, and divide the result by 703, you will get your WiiWeight. <= new word, I get credit.

                      Started great on Tuesday.. The last 2 days I've had no motivation at all to get myself on the treadmill. Why is my energy so low?? Haven't weighed myself since Tuesday morning. Hopefully this will pass soon.. Have a great day everyone

                        You may be experiencing the induction flu. I had never had the flu until this time. I felt like crap for about 3 days and when I came out of it I had crazy energy and my mind was clear too. I think I had it bad this time because I wasn't eating veggies and my carb intake was closer to 0 than 20. I had some cauliflower mashed potatoes and have been eating cucumbers to get my veggie carbs and now I feel much better. After all this time I should know that going 0 carb doesn't work at all. Just up your water and make sure you are getting enough fat. This will pass and you will feel great. Stick with it.

                          Thanks Tfek.. I have noticed I've been way under 20 using fitday.. I'm just not hungry. I try to make myself eat just not a fan of food these past few days. Trying really hard to get past this. Thanks for the advice TTYS

                            Im a loser aswell today after stalling for few days had a 2lb loss.Total of 10lbs in 12 day.Loving it as Im 6lbs away from goal!
