Hello everyone...
This is definitely my 2nd time around... Was here during September 2008 to May 2009, lost 5 stone (70lbs) and went from not being able to walk up stairs to running 3.5 miles in 30 mins. Went from a UK 26 to a UK 18 (am up to a 20 tight).
Life got a bit complicated and then really fun (!!!) and have gained nearly 3 stone (42lbs) and am now back to lose that and more!
I loved this WOE and it worked so well for me... just had to get into the right mindset to do it again. Its the only thing that works for me. I found this site sooooo supportive that I knew it was the only way I could restart properly was to rejoin... so here I am.
Started today induction today and am all set for the success!
