    Good morning everyone. I didnt want to get up this morning. Today is my 2 week mark and I feel great. Im waiting 1 more week before I weigh in. Hope everyone has a great day.

      Just checking in....We have a co-worker that is leaving and we are taking her out to lunch today. Not sure where we're going yet. I just hope there is something on the menu that is induction friendly!

      Anyone have any Thai suggestions??

          Crabby! Yup, I'm crabby today. Since yesterday morning, I didn't get enough calories, carbs or sleep. Crab, crab, crab!.......

              Good morning everyone! I'm being a lazy turd this morning. I was up and ready to go to work today at 0530, but I just didn't feel like going in until 0700. I think the closer I get to retirement the harder it is to care about work. I'm 119 days out right now. I've never not wanted to go to work. Hopefully this will pass.

              No losses to report this morning, but 20 lbs during induction was pretty good. I made another batch of super fiber chili last night. I don't know if anyone remembers the movie "Robocop", but after they introduce Robocop they ask what it eats. They show some machine that puts out this baby-food like substance. That's pretty much what my chili is like. I can eat it for any meal. I have actually started to put more veggies in it. I don't like veggies, but I toss them in the food processor and break them down to a roux, and make that the base for my chili. I threw a zucchini into this batch to go along with my peppers and what not. I still have some of the jambalya with cauliflower rice left from this weekend too. Eating veggies this way isn't so bad.

                Morning folks! Still on plan, but I've fallen off with water so I'm retaining water weight. Our tap water doesn't taste all that good and we've run out of bottle water. I have to go out and get some more and buckle down on my consumption.

                  Good morning STACers! I'm here and on plan, just been too busy to post the last two days. Still up 1.6 pounds from my low, but got my good old digital scale working again so I can focus back on concrete numbers. Have a great day all!
                  1st Goal ~ 199 Onderland -Met 3/29/10
                  2nd Goal ~ 174 No longer obese
                  3rd Goal ~ 150 In the home stretch
                  Final Goal ~ 145 or below (I'll know when I get there) No longer overweight

                      I weighted myself today - down one pound - my lowest weight in 2 years...I am feeling good about that!
