    I've been lurking around the site all day, without posting in I just realized!

    I've been struggling with my sleep schedule with work, I go to bed around 1am, wake up at 8am to get Aidan on the bus, then go back to bed at 9am-1pm I hate that... I'm usually a morning person...

    I'm having trouble adjusting...

    But, yeah, so I don't exactly know when to weigh myself... because at 8am I'm almost 2lbs. heavier than at 1pm... so, I don't know which one to pay attention to...

    Either way I'm here today!

          I usually pick one time and stick with that one...me it's first thing in the am after relieving the bladder (LOL at least 1 pound in there) and if I am getting up late, I weigh myself and go back to bed!!!

            The last time I did this I got my BF to weigh me in the morning first thing. He would write the number down on this note pad under neath my starting weight. I never even knew what my starting weight or current weight was until about 6 weeks in. I knew I would be devastated by the starting weight and then it be became a game. Wish I did that this time

              By myself for dinner so I'm having salmon & some green beans. Pumpkin with cream cheese for dessert.

                Way to go, Oz!! Get rid of the hubs and eat like a queen!! Your pumpkin is making me JEALOUS!

                            Formerly "NewToAtkins," I'm back after losing 40 pounds last year and ready to lose some more. Hoping to be welcomed back with open arms by the people that helped me out SO much last year.
