    Good morning STACer's!

    Almost the end of the work week! I need to do some cooking this weekend. Not planning ahead has been an issue this week.

    Good morning. Its 28 in sunny North Carolina. Brrrrrr. I moved to the south to get out of this misery. On track and feeling good. No workout today (7th day, rest) and kind of bummed. Have a great day and stay warm.

        Good morning. Got more calories, carbs and sleep and I feel better than yesterday. My scale is a little goofy and I can't tel if I lost 1lb or gained .5lb.

          Well, I made it through the co-worker's lunch yesterday. We went to a steakhouse! What a breeze! One more luncheon today and then work is closed tomorrow (Lee-Jackson Day!!!!). Heading into the weekend on a high note!

              Hi everyone, Had a great time dancing last night. Did well with my intake. Joined LA fitness yesterday looking forward to starting this new journey. I am also cooking this weekend I am going to make some soups. It is awesome when we can fit better in our clothes I wore pants last night that were really too tight before.
