    Hey guekjian!! I'm feeling a little bit better about eating those 2 pieces of pie. I just ran on the treadmill for 85 minutes I'm still not weighing myself and don't plan on it. TTYS

      Hey guys!
      I'm here and on track. Have been laying low the last few days, just not feeling good with a stupid cold.
      Been slacking on exercise though.
      Oh well, today is a new day!
      Started Atkins on December 8th, 2005

      Officially Re-Focusing on 12-28-09.

      Was, Am, Will be: 280/222/175ish.
      Started Dec 2005 and lost 105 lbs by mid 2006, maintained loss for the most part until 2009...then really let go & gained some back... lol

      so:
      Restart Progress:
      12/28/09 ~ 235.1
      01/04/10 ~ 229.0
      01/11/10 ~ 229.0 Grrrrr....
      (Induction= only 6lbs but lost 10 inches! yay)
      01/18/10 ~ 227.4
      01/5/10 ~ 226.8
      02/01/10 ~ 222.6

        I'm soooooo glad that it is Friday. Food & H20 intake on track. Sad day as we found out a good friend is sick again with cancer.
