    Good morning folks. I'm getting ready to move onto OWL. I am up 2lbs. Don't really know why. But I think it's a progesterone cream I've been using. So I'm going to drink 100 oz of water and see if that will help some.

    How is everyone else doing?

    My mini is to lose 10lbs. Done 2/22/10
    Lose 7lbs is my next goal. Done 4/07/10
    Lose 5lbs is my next goal. Done 4/17/10
    Get to 149.

    Read the book challenge: 10/12/08

    Doing well.Up a lb due to medication(antibiotics) well I hope thats the reason.

          Good morning all...still keeping away from the scale, as hard as that is...But feeling good. Freezing drizzle here in Quebec, but I just booked a trip down to sunny Florida, so I am hoping things warm up down there!!!

            I can't keep away from the scale either. It's nice to see it moving in the right direction though. Keeps me motivated I guess!

              I'm sorry the scale isn't cooperating Brightstar, Sham and Sheepie, but you all know what you have to do, just stick it out and things will turn around.

              I'm finally below my pre-holiday low, I hope this means I'm on a loosing streak again. Have a great day all!

                I'm here and on track. Not a loser today for the second day in a row. I think I'm in PISS. Usually happens about this time, so I'm not sweating it. It was fun while it lasted. The first 24 melted off, the last 30 or so will take some work. I'm up to the challenge with all my friends here.

                  good morning, after a crazy weekend - I am exhausted - and back at uni today - blah! And my in-laws from the UK arrive this week - so major cleaning needs to be done - more blah!!!

                  Also TOM for me, so battling cravings and not going anywhere near the scale for a few days!

                  I may treat myself to some quiet time and a cup of tea at a local coffee shop after I drop my daughter off at daycare! I think I need it!

                  (Had to vent - sorry)

                    Today I restart induction..A CLEAN INDUCTION!! No beer on the weekends or a spoonful of peanut butter at night. I really need my whole mind and body to get on track. Hope everyone has a great day.

                        had drinks last night... and breadless french onion but i could tell there was sugar in there...

                        but, I'm not weighing still... although I REALLY want to this morning...

                        Oh well... Taking on the day! Possible going to a museum with my son if they're open...

                            well i threw myself under the bus this weekend and i have no one to blame but myself. With the four lb. loss on friday I was just a bit puzzled I had stayed on plan. I dont think I had ever just had a four lb. loss before. Then later in the evening things started to make sense. But TOM showed up... so that could have effected lots.

                            Then the family wanted treats. I should have just said no, but I let it come in the house. I caved. Then everyone wanted to go out for supper. I was even allowed to pick the place I wanted to go. So, I chose a chinese place here in town that serves a diet menu of just steamed veggies and meat. But the general tao chicken showed up and well I had some of that too.

                            I am back on the bus today... drinking my water and I exercised like a crazy person out of guilt and shame yesterday. I am feeling better and last weekend was a mistake. I am just going to pack up my ugly bagage and move on.

                            Here is to today and may tomorrow be an even better day.
