    Here I am! Woke up with a nasty headache and tight jeans this morning ...Don't know if being tired can make you retain water, but my middle is puffy and no, it isn't TOM...I will just drink more and hope this goes away!!!

        I am on plan today... feeling pretty good. All of the sweet stuff is out of my house and it is safe to go into the kitchen again.
        I have plenty of legal food in the fridge to choose from.

          Good morning all!

          I'm a loser again, down one more. I got motivated last night and did a "brazillian bbq" for dinner last night. I grilled chimicurra steak, chicken, sausage and lemon pepper shrimp. I have leftovers for days. Anyone in the area please come over for dinner. If Everlosing checks in, I hope you have a safe trip, it's gonna be quiet this week on the board.

            Funny TJ!! I'm still logging in...at least right now anyway! He had to slip into work for a few hours. It's funny too because we both decided he'd just call in but there were some deliveries to his office (personal) that he needed to get. So, normally when he'd go in for a few I'd be really disappointed! BUT, I thought....perfect, I can go check out I am on vacation but there is a dsl connection here! Have to head home tomorrow to be back at work by Thursday...because my bunghole boss refused to give me 5 consecutive days off. Jerk! He's not smart enough to understand when I'm happy, everybody at work is happy. The whole...when mama aint happy rule!

            So....here....on plan....not going anywhere!! Have a great day, everyone! TJ, you can holler at me later! Sounds like you're doing great!!

              Morning guys!

              Still here on plan! Yesterday was my first day on OWL rung. I had 5 net grams of Brussels sprouts with my dinner along with 3 cups of salad (tomatoes, onion, radishes) spread out between breakfast 1 1/2 cup and lunch 1 1/2 cup.

              I am down 2.5 lbs! Have a good day guys!

                Checking in......Yesterday was the last day of my 14-day induction. 20 pounds lighter than I was 2 weeks ago!!

                      I'm here - though I don't know my weight... yeah yeah TJ - I know - It's an important diagnostic tool ... I was supposed to wait til 01/26 to weigh in but I'm not going to make it that long... I'll go til the 21st -> Thursday. Hoping to see a loss. I can tell by the way my rings are fitting that cutting out so much salt has been beneficial. Last night I made enough Tuna for the week and cooked up some Italian hot sausage (1cb) in sautee'd garlic and onions - can't wait to have that for dinner! I really have to concentrate on water intake - it's easy for me to get sidetracked because i'm sick of peeing every 3 minutes at work... but it's a small price to pay! Have a great on-target day everyone!

                        Here and accounted for, had to be at the office early today, so I'm not really believing that I was actually up almost a pound this morning, I think its just weighing a couple of hours earlier than usual, tomorrow will tell.
                        1st Goal ~ 199 Onderland -Met 3/29/10
                        2nd Goal ~ 174 No longer obese
                        3rd Goal ~ 150 In the home stretch
                        Final Goal ~ 145 or below (I'll know when I get there) No longer overweight

                              O.k guys, today was a hard day at work, and if emotional binge eating was an issue today would be it.

                              I think it's really hard to hear people complain because they are not happy. Sometimes with the job I'm doing it's hard not to eat to calm the dissatisfaction due to others who have no control but are not happy.

                              I had a lower level employee complain to me because upper management ignored me. The only problem is: I'm middle management and rules can't be changed if upper management doesn't want it, even though I get the brunt of the complaints.

                              I can totally see how people in this position might eat to "ease" their pain especially if upper management won't deal with it.

                              That's the position I'm in now.

                              I want to bury my head in a pillow and have the people that can actually do something do it.

                              So I'm not cheating, but I'm a bit bummed with no outlet.
