    Good morning all. Just starting off the thread. Gotta go jump in the shower now or I won't get out the door in time with the kids to make it to the gym before work. I hate rushing. I do it to myself though. So glad tomorrow is Friday and football is this weekend. Gonna be doing some cooking.

    Good morning everyone...a bit down in the dumps this morning, but nothing a little bit of sunshine wouldn't fix, and they are promising sun on saturday! Still on plan, but the scallops in bacon made me bloated this morning...oh well...that's the tale of evil sodium! Have a great day all!

      Good morning all!

      I'm here and on plan. My scale has been bouncing around the last few days between 224 and 226. This is normal for weeks 3-5, so I'm not getting all crazy. My diet hasn't been perfect lately because I'm eating out a bit. My mom is visiting from Wisconsin so I haven't been doing a lot of cooking. All's good though, its been a good visit.

        Happy Birthday to me!!! I don't normally eat peanut butter, but I'm going to splurge and make a peanut butter cheesecake for tonight.

        I'm finally down 5lbs. Yea! It's been 2.5wks. Even if I only lose 5-7lbs a month, in 10 months that will really add up.

          I am feeling great today - my scale shows 155 - this is making me so determined! I can't beleive that I have less than 20 lbs to lose. I know I can do this!

            Morning everyone! Doing alright here. I have to be at work in an hour. I just need two days off in a row to really recharge my batteries. Sigh. Other than that, everything is good here! Weight is still the same, but that's o.k. I'll be happy to see 168 or even 167 soon!

              Good Morning all! I am back on track now that hubby is gone to the North Slope. I don't know why, but I always struggle on my woe while he is here. He will be gone for about 6 weeks though so hopefully I can lose a ton while he is gone. I just set out some pre-cut stirfry steak so that I can have a cabbage stirfry for dinner tonight. Going to have a salad with some sort of meat for lunch. Breakfast was some leftover chuck roast.

              I hope everyone has a wonderful on-plan day today!

                  I steppedon the WII today just for the heck of it... It told me that I have not dropped any weight. Granted I just ate and had a bunch of water. My official weigh in is tomorrow with everyone else.

                  So wish me luck...at least a lb. please lord.

                    Hello everyone! My weigh-in isn't until Monday, but TOM is coming, so I might skip it.

                    I'm on plan, and enjoying the 4th day in a row of rain here in Las Vegas...

                        I'm here and on plan, hit a new low today, but only by 2/10ths of a pound, its really making me work hard to see that 205, but I'm feeling squishy, so maybe tomorrow. Hope you all had a great day.

                          Happy anniversary Sham!! Congrats to you!

                          I too, even though I don't seem to find enough time to spend on here....I am a full time college student with 3 kids and my husband works away from home several weeks at a time. He left again this morning and is supposed to be gone for around 6 weeks this time...so I will see him again closer to March. But maybe i will be able to concentrate on my schoolwork and losing weight without the distraction of hubby...right?

                          Had a pretty decent dinner and am relaxing right now.
