    Can't believe I'm the first one here! Well GOOD MORNING everybody! It is super sunny here in Quebec but cold as heck! I am staying inside and enjoying it!!! Have a great legal weekend! It's gonna be FOOTBALL time!!!

    Good morning STACers. I'm here and on plan, but not even going to bother mentioning what the scale says today. I've not had a true cheat, but I have overindulged in some legal foods like salt, cheese and artificial sweeteners and I'm paying the price the same as if I had gone off plan.

    Last night I was drinking virgin Margaritas using Baja Bob's sugar free (sweetened with Splenda) Margarita mix, and between that and the salted rim, the scale is screaming this morning. But they sure tasted just like the real thing and I didn't miss the tequila being in them at all, it was a nice change from water and tea.

    I need to stop fooling around and get back to strict eating. There is no way I'll meet my birthday goal at this point, but I'd still like to see Onderland in the next couple of weeks. Well have a great day all!
    1st Goal ~ 199 Onderland -Met 3/29/10
    2nd Goal ~ 174 No longer obese
    3rd Goal ~ 150 In the home stretch
    Final Goal ~ 145 or below (I'll know when I get there) No longer overweight

    1) 35 pounds lost
    2) 40 pounds lost to move to Rung 5
    3) 45 pounds lost to update 15 pound loss picture series

          I'm here!! On plan and feeling grateful for Saturday! Cleaning the house inside and out and enjoying the last warmish day for awhile! Have a great one!

              I am soooooooo the same way right now!!! Overindulging in 'legal' things!!
              No weight gain, nor is there a loss either! Someone smack me please!!

              I also need to stop fooling around and get it right! I am going to start recording my food intakes for a week to see what is up. And then I will make a plan to fix what is wrong.

              I found an Atkins application for my new iTouch and will use that at restaurants to find carb counts and to record foods for while I am away from home. Then I can compile them at the end of the day in my Stats thread at adbb.

                Hi Everyone !!

                I'm here on plan, and thankfully my crazy hunger and thirst from yesterday is gone. I'm guessing that the rotisserie chicken I got from Costco was the culprit, since I'm logging everything, and nothing else is new. It's gone, so all should be good.

                Mad as H, E, doulble hockey sticks at myself right now. After lots of walking lately, I decided to up my exercise a notch, and over extended my knee . So now I've got to rest it and figure out how to strengthen it so I can exercise . I WILL do this.

                  Hello everyone! I have been in florida this week where the weather was fantastic. so did long walks and sat by the pool and read......what a life! but now back home and it is a smidgen warmer (38 degrees) then when I left, so being outside is okay.........but we def. could use some sun!

                    Good evening everyone. Made some turkey chili today. Yum. Haven't done much else since cleaning the house this morning. I am soooo cold and it's not the weather. I hope i am not coming down with something. Have a blessed evening and GEAUX SAINTS tomorrow!

                        Hey, I'm checking in late.

                        I'm up to 169. Next week will be a month on Atkins. I know I didn't lose like I did last time, well I was smaller the first time I started. But this month will = around an 8 lb loss, so not bad as an average. About 2 lbs a week.

                        I'm staying on rung 1 another week to add more veggies. I'll see about rung 2 after that week is up.
