Hi Everyone-
Well I have been back on the atkins wagon for 3 weeks now. I did induction for 2 and have added more veggies in the last week. I am committed to sticking to it after i gained 12 pounds over the holidays. The problem is that I feel like it's not working how it did in the beginning. I lost 60 pounds in 6 months before and then the 6 months following I was on and off and struggling with my carb addictions.
I lost 5 pounds during induction and then this week I GAINED 2! I dont get it??? I am doing noting different then when i first lost weight and actually probably making better choices then i did then. I am even getting up at the crack of dawn 3 times weekly to excersie......what gives? I am only weighing myself once a week to keep track of progress and that is a huge step for me considering my daily wieghing obsessions from before. I have heard rumors that women only get one chance at atkins is this true? What should I do?
I eat lots of protein, vegetables, appropriate fats and drink tons of water. What could be my hold up?
