      Let's work on your menu. OWL is so individualized that seeing someone else's menu doesn't really help.

        Okay I thought i had posted the answers to your questions but i guess it didnt go through. I have answered your questions below. Thanks for the support and please understand I was completely honest about my week food intake because i do want help. It is obvious to me I have a food addiction and i dont want to let go of sweets, however, while i want honest feed back I am looking for a solution focused problem solving forum here. I dont want to be the chucky butt that gets defensive, but this is really hard for me as I am sure it has been for all of you.

        If i have been in ketosis all week, why are these foods bad?
        I have read the book and would like to read it again but with full time job, internship, 15 credits in school, gym and my attempts to lose weight I cant re-read it yet. I dont get OWL. Seems to free for me...dont know how to monitor myself and when to move up rungs. I have read the info on the website....still dont get it....thought I was on rung 3 (i know the wine was bad i guess i look at overall carbs) ;( Also with my schedule i cook at home as much as possible but not sure how to eat out when i have to.

        Also should i not be trusting lables?

          Because some of them aren't on the Acceptable List of Induction foods.

          It's really important to learn to read the list of ingredients ... not to just rely on the nutritional label.

          Why not get Induction right?

          Then spend some time on OWL rung 1 ... where you add an extra 5 net carbs of Induction vegetables.

          Don't look to the other rungs until you have a handle on what you're doing right now.

          Not entirely.

          The truth is in the list of ingredients.

          Even when you eat out.

          Then how will you fix your mistakes?

          And ... we're all busy.

          For example ... the sausages ... it's important to know what's in them.

          You're eating foods that you shouldn't be eating.

              Then you will have to, as we all did, find the time to read the book. Or at least Chapter 11.

              You can't do what you don't understand!

              We can all tell you what's wrong with your menu, but you have to see it yourself ...

                If you eat out, ask for oil as a salad dressing.

                Restaurant dressings are usually full of sugar.

                You should make sure you're counting the carbs correctly. That's the point I was trying to make.
