            Official weigh in day! Down another 2 lbs ! Guess I flushed out the chinese because I am a lot less bloated this morning! Waiting for my non-weighing partners to check in!!! Have a wonderful day all!!!

              Good morning everyone! Yay I'm another 1/2 lb down. Weight is 167. Just one more lb to go until I hit my first goal. I'm on plan and doing good. If I make 166 by Monday I'll start OWL rung 2.

                I'm here and on plan. I think I'm coming out of PISS. I was back down to 224 today, after being 225-226 for the last week. I was still losing inches during PISS, so I'm happy. Hopefully we can finish out the month strong.

                I'm anxious to see the "not using the scale" group weighing in today. I wish you all the best. I couldn't do it.

                PS, Guekjian, did you try the insanity sauce yet? I found something hotter! My local wing joint has a "Man vs. Food" type challenge with their wings. Their sauce is beyond hot. After I took the challenge and won, he gave me some to take home. I put 1 tablespoon in a 6 quart batch of chili as the only pepper, and it was still very hot. I love this stuff!

                  Hi all. Here and hangin' on! My weigh-in was today, too. I lost 2 lbs from what I gained over the past couple weeks. That's better than nothing!

                    I am here... and still on plan. I have used the sticks and they are purple, so I must be doing something right. I have not lost but then it has only been three days since my last weigh in.

                    Over the weekend we had a nasty storm so I was a shut in. I had legal food so I was pretty good. I might have snuck one bite of brownie but that was it, I swear.

                    I am retaining some fluid but it could have been from my chicken on a stick. There is a lot of salt in the soy sauce I was using. I think next time I will just use some dressing instead.

                    My headaches are finally gone, and I am not sure if that is a good sign or not. But I feel a lot better that is for sure.

                    I found and exercise buddy to go to the gym with me. I am so thankful.. maybe he will help me stay on track. We are going to go over lunch together, it might be only 20 minutes but that is better then nothing at all.

                      Ever... I got the Shred, but figure I will wait til I'm in onderland to start using it (it's a weight and coordination/balance thing)

                        So 1 tablespoon in 6 quarts of Chili!!! That sauce would probably kill me!!! Well, they do say peppers raise the metabolism though...

                          Here ~ feeling good and on track.

                          Didn't get close to enough veggies yesterday. I just wasn't really all that hungry & was definately too tired (lazy?) to make dinner last night.

                          Water comsumption is up, but I cannot drink a gallon a day - YET. But I am cuurently over three quarts a day.

                            I'm here. Did well through my first day back. I have to tell you all, its going to be such a wonderful and different experience with all of you as support ( my husband is not as gentle with his spport, so thanks and I end up with so much skeptisism about the diet from friends, so no support there either). I only have one person who supporst my diet plan and she is the best girlfriend anyone could ask for.
