Hey ya'll!! I was doing good then life got ahold of me and I went off atkins. With going back to school and having four kids it just became too much. So now I am starting over. I plan to start Monday cause this week I am busy cleaning up my kitchen from a remodel. This is it. This time I will get all my ducks in a row and take more time to take care of me and lose this weight. I would like to lose 30 pounds by my birthday in may but I know that might not happen so my goal with be to be 145 by this time next year. So that's it thats my goal. I need to find my book and this weekend I will make sure I have my meals planned out and everything ready to start monday!

I am really looking forward to losing this weight. I found my book and I am going to re-read it over the next few nights and then sit down and make a grocery list and a meal plan.
