    Good Morning STACR's Hope everyone is doing great. Just wanted to stop in and start a thread. I have to get ready for work. I am so looking forward for some warmer weather. I have all this energy and want to be outside. My boys registered for baseball last night but it doesn't start for another month. I just feel good about this year. I really believe I am gonna meet goal and am looking forward to summer time and being on the go. Just a feeling

    Happy Hump Day! I am here and on track, still hanging out at 224. I have a full day planned at work today, lots of custom programming going on. 105 days til retirement. Have a great day.

                I'm here too!! I am finishing up my kitchen so I can get back in it and use it again! I can't wait to start back on monday! I have my grocery list and meal plan made out so I am good to go!

                  I'm here and doing pretty well except for water. I'll get there...

                  Did some yoga on the Wii Fit this morning. First time doing any yoga. I kinda liked it but definitely have some balance issues!!! I kinda wish that I could log in to the Wii Fit and say I have X minutes to workout and it puts one together for you.

I am here but really busy the past few days, and today, of course! lol I am staying on plan and have lost a few more pounds...will have to update my info later. But I am down to 277 lbs now!                       I'm here and back on plan. Yeap, I slipped, had several beers Monday night, then I was so rushed to get to work Tuesday morning forgot lunch, so went out and had a Tomato, Basil & Mozzerella Pennine (sp), then of course they serve it with fries, so I ate them too. But got back on plan at dinner last night and plan to stay there. Have a great day!

                      2nd Goal ~ 174 No longer obese
                      3rd Goal ~ 150 In the home stretch
                      Final Goal ~ 145 or below (I'll know when I get there) No longer overweight

                          Hello everyone! I'm back -- it's been a long time for me. I've started over and over again, but those first few days of being tired always get me. I work at home now and don't have to go out into the big bad corporate world, so I thought I'd give it another try. Today is day #3 and I'm doing great. It has really helped me being at home. I'm able to get up and get whatever I need, whenever I want to. I am so excited!

                          I've been looking for some old familiar faces but haven't seen any yet. It's nice to see so many new ones, though!

                              I am here and on plan today. Drinking my water and trying to flush out some of that sodium I took in over the weekend. It really likes to hang on though doesn't it. My rings are starting to spin though so that is a good sign.

                              I stepped on the scale this morning ...granted it was unofficial, and I have not moved any.

                              The cold weather has really started to take a toll on my skin. It is so dry and no amount of lotion is helping. I read some where that I am suppose to drink a ton of water. - well I think I am doing that.
                              How does one become a butterfly?
