    ...back at it and 3 weeks in I am down 12 pounds! I need you all to get back the ground I have lost...uh...er....gained. Originally, 295, lost down to 164, back up to 212, and now hovering on the border of wonderful "ONEDERLAND!" (Some mornings this week I have been 199.6, 199.4, and 200.4) But I am getting back on track. Hope to be back to where I was before fall of 2010! Looking forward to all of your encouragement and inspiration on the way!

    P./S. Need to change my ruler at the bottom of my post to reflect my weight gain. Huh! Forgot how so I will have to figure that one out tom. Just FYI, it is not currently accurate!

      Yes! Yes, I know what caused this. Divorce. I have been through a verrrry nasty one and it has taken ALOT of energy out of me. Somedays were just survival mode. My eating stayed relatively good, I lacke time for weight lifting and aerobic exercise. Things have leveled out and I am trying to get back on track. Feelin' good about life again and for the first time in a long time I am free of dysfunctional people disrupting my life! I am in counseling and feel (and am beind told) I have a good grip on my issues and am dealing with them well. I choose to be healthy in more ways than physically! Thank you for asking!
