    Happy friday everyone! I am still super duper with my supper from last night and down a half pound to boot! Wishing everyone a very good weekend...and a legal one!!!

      I'm down 4 lbs. & I am so excited.

      I also got into my size 18 jeans this week. That feels a whole lot better then a size 22.

      I made some ropa veja last night... it is like a stew of sorts with peppers and tomatoes it was soooo good. Hit the spot! I might kick up the heat next time around though.

        I am here and on plan. This weekend will be tough because we are headed to Manhattan to watch the KSU vs KU basketball game. Go Cats!!

          Here and on plan and finally got to see the 205s this morning, although I did weigh a little later than usual, I'll still take it. Have a great weekend!
          1st Goal ~ 199 Onderland -Met 3/29/10
          2nd Goal ~ 174 No longer obese
          3rd Goal ~ 150 In the home stretch
          Final Goal ~ 145 or below (I'll know when I get there) No longer overweight

              I'm here too! I am ready to start working out again monday. It's been a few weeks so I'm going to start slow but man I am excited!

                    Hi everyone, Im here, on track & very, very happy. Lost 6lbs this week, the same amount I lost in the first 3 weeks put together....thats 12lbs total now, only 2lbs until my first goal :0)
                    God bless my son yesterday. He was helping me put some boxes up into the loft & where I was lifting them in, he could see my belly a bit.......he turned round & said 'Mum, I dont mean this rude but, your not so fat anymore', think it came out a bit wrong....I didnt know whether to kiss him or kill him, lol

                      Hey guys, still here, but ate a donut this morning. I am paying for it, I feel really nauseous. I don't know what possessed me to eat it, but my stomach is still hurting from it. Lesson learned.

                        Wow great job on all the pounds lost guys!!

                        I have been slacking on roll call... but here, on plan, doin my thing.
                        Started Atkins on December 8th, 2005

                        Officially Re-Focusing on 12-28-09.

                        Was, Am, Will be: 280/222/175ish.
                        Started Dec 2005 and lost 105 lbs by mid 2006, maintained loss for the most part until 2009...then really let go & gained some back... lol

                        so:
                        Restart Progress:
                        12/28/09 ~ 235.1
                        01/04/10 ~ 229.0
                        01/11/10 ~ 229.0 Grrrrr....
                        (Induction= only 6lbs but lost 10 inches! yay)
                        01/18/10 ~ 227.4
                        01/5/10 ~ 226.8
                        02/01/10 ~ 222.6
