I plan on starting again! I have a question. Although I've been off for about 6 mo. I haven't been eating sweets or many empty carbs. I have been eating all the veggies I want with all kinds of fruit. Will my induction be as hard as the first time? Will I get as sick as before? I know it's different for everyone but I was just wondering if certain kinds of sugar and carbs made a difference. Last time I started at 150 and got down to 135.5. I'm up to 140. I also gained two inches back around my waist. This time around my husband is doing it with me since he was the one to sabotage me to begin with. Any advice is welcome.
