    Wow! I am the thread starter again!!! Something's wrong with this picture!!! I know it's cold, but get outta bed everyone!!! It's lunchtime!!! Have a super wonderful weekend...My MIL is making roastbeef with veggies for supper since she knows I am doing Atkins...how sweet is that!!!

    That sounds lovely! I love roasted beef. Last night I baked Mahi Mahi sprinkled with sumak (to give it a citrusy flavor) and on top of that I added a combination of veggies (cherry tomatoes, green bell pepper, summer squash, zucchini squash, mushrooms, onions). I poured a bit of olive oil all over and added Lawrys seasoning salt, garlic powder and pepper. It was Yummo! They say that if you eat fish in winter it warms you up.

      Here, on plan and watching the snow (again). Scale bobbling today, but I know its because I only had about 40 ounces of water yesterday. I have a hard time getting all my water down when its only 18 degrees. Have a great day all.

          Morning all.... cant' muster up a "good" this morning as I'm feeling quite lethargic, and is a yucky mix of slush coming out of the sky. If it would just chill up a bit and Snow instead.

          Feeling good about yesterday's exercise, even if my body feels a little fatigued today. 1/2 hour on the Nordic Skier, plus my other challenges. And food's on track too! Actually looking forward to Mondays weigh in. I think I'll go try a cup of
          and see if that perk's me up a little.

              I'm here!! On plan! Freezing cold!

              Made a wrap today with a low carb tortilla, chicken, sauteed mushrooms, tomato, green onions, cheese and sour cream. It was an odd breakfast but soooo delicious!

              Lunch was a LOT of buttered green beans and a chicken breast cooked in tomato sauce, italian herbs and parm cheese. I love this WOE!!

                      Hey everyone. It's late but I wanted to check in. No loss for me this week. I know where my problem is. Not enough water or veggies. Some days are fine others not so much. Today I didn't eat any veggies. I have been crazy busy and didn't have time to cook anything. I said ok enough. I went and stocked up on some single serve steam bags and tomorrow I am gonna MAKE myself eat them. I am not giving up. I feel great and I know the weightloss will come.
