    Good morning and it's the last day of January WOW. I haven't lost what I expected to lose this month but I feel better which is way more important. I realized where I am messing up and I am going to correct it. So make a note of this and at the end of February ask me how I did. I commit to more water and more veggies and a lighter evening meal. Less salt ..which I don't add after cooking but what I cook probably has way to much. But if i drink the water I am supposed to then that might take care of itself. I need accountability. If anyone wants to share what they eat everyday for accountability ..hit me up. Nichole Hart | Facebook

    Hey folks. I am up in weight too, 170. Gah. I know its because of my water, and I had ranch wings which have a lot of sodium, and I had some steak yesterday at a cook out that was salty too. So I have to get in that water. I measured waist wise and I am still 36 inches leaning towards 35 so I know it's water weight.

      Here and on plan, sitting at 206 this morning, ughh. Obviously I'm not making my original goal of onderland by tomorrow, as slow as I'm loosing I think I'll change that to onderland by spring. Thats about a pound a week which is about the most I've been seeing lately. I'm due for one of those weeks where I just drop a half pound every day, it can't come soon enough. I thought I might see a drop today, as I had a chef salad for lunch and a taco salad for dinner (was probably way under calories), but then I had some cheese and yogurt last night because I was hungry after only eating salads for two meals.

      Oh well, I'm here for the long haul, I'm certainly not going back to where I was and I'll enjoy every moment in my new more energetic body even if it takes me the rest of my life to like what I see in the mirror. Have a great day all!
      1st Goal ~ 199 Onderland -Met 3/29/10
      2nd Goal ~ 174 No longer obese
      3rd Goal ~ 150 In the home stretch
      Final Goal ~ 145 or below (I'll know when I get there) No longer overweight

        I'm here! Did good on the food at my MILs yesterday, but the wine did me in...2 glasses (and it was heavenly) needless to say my tummy is a bit bloated this am, but since I did not overdo on the food (didn't even have any gravy on my roast beef) I am feeling good. Weigh-in on tuesday morning, and TOM on the way...egads...I'll concentrate on my jeans being loose instead!!!

          Checking in. Had a good week, apart from a meal at a friend's house that had some hidden parsnip. Down 1.9kg (4.1 lbs) on the week, 10lbs since starting on 01/01/10.

            Just had some rockin' homemade chicken salad. Getting ready to spend the afternoon sledding with the wife and kids. Gonna be a great day!

              Good Morning All

              WOW, Where did the month go? I'm on track with my eating, and I've got to finish up my challenges since it's the last day of the month. It's a sunny, crisp day outside, so I think I'll go out and enjoy it while I can.

                Hard to beleive it is the end of Jan. My houseguests have finally left, I get my computer and my bedroom back!

                I haven't weighted myself, as I didn't stay on induction levels while they were here -but I think I did ok. My clothes don't feel any tighter.

                Moving on to rung 1 tomorrow - looking forward to all those extra veggies!

                  Hi everyone! took the dog for a long walk this afternoon and getting my water in! Tomorrows a Monday and a start of a new month a good time to refocus, reread (sections in my atkins book) and renew my commitment!
