Good morning and it's the last day of January WOW. I haven't lost what I expected to lose this month but I feel better which is way more important. I realized where I am messing up and I am going to correct it. So make a note of this and at the end of February ask me how I did. I commit to more water and more veggies and a lighter evening meal. Less salt ..which I don't add after cooking but what I cook probably has way to much. But if i drink the water I am supposed to then that might take care of itself. I need accountability.
