I love the recipes on Linda's low carb menus. especially cool to have induction appropriate recipes. The cinnamon pork rinds were yummy.

You're so right, calliesue! She has quite a collection of recipes. I've tried quite a few, like the Ketchup, seasoning salt, taco mix, chili rellanos, and many more. Now I'll have to check out the cinnamon pork rinds. ~Babs

Last night I made her Cabbage and Sausage Soup and my husband ate the whole bowl and told me I could make that any time. None of the recipes are complicated and she is great about carb counts etc.
