    Good morning all! In a big rush but needed to get this thread started! Have a wonderful day and stay legal! New Month - New Resolve!!!

    1st mini-goal: 160 lbs - reached Jan 05, 2010
    2nd mini-goal: 155 lbs - reached Feb 02, 2010
    3rd mini-goal: 150 lbs
    4th mini-goal: 145 lbs

    Yes, I agree time to put last month behind us... not to mention last weekend. My nephews birthday party was this weekend. Everyone was there... and so was all the startchy food. Not to mention a few cocktails in the lounge. ooops.

    I am back on track though ... I need to do some prep cooking for sure tonight. Then I will more comfortable.

        hi i have been bk on for 6 days now and intend to stay .
        going to try some indoor excercise this month any ideas to keep me motivated very welcome.

          Here and on plan, ignoring the scale for the time being. I know I'm doing everything right, the scale or my body is just not cooperating. Think I'll get in some Wii-Fit today. Have a great day all!
          1st Goal ~ 199 Onderland -Met 3/29/10
          2nd Goal ~ 174 No longer obese
          3rd Goal ~ 150 In the home stretch
          Final Goal ~ 145 or below (I'll know when I get there) No longer overweight

          1) 35 pounds lost
          2) 40 pounds lost to move to Rung 5
          3) 45 pounds lost to update 15 pound loss picture series

                  I'm here and doing well. Down 17 Lbs for the month. I'm just keeping my momentum moving forward.

                  Next mini goal is 278 -50 Lbs
                  Eventually, I'd like to join the century club.

                    I'm in. Kids are out of school today, so I took off. Did some painting at Church this morning and taking the kids sledding this afternoon!

                      some of you that have heard me say this before, I'm a carbaholic. Carb addiction. The same as an alcoholic or a drug addict. They call my name and promise me all kinds of rewards. Different addiction, same addiction.

                      Polar 17 pounds !!! Good Job

                      And I'm on track, and for this weeks weigh in I'm down 1 1/2 pounds. Chip, chipping, away.

                        Good morning everybody! Finished my first week with a 4 pound weight loss. The best part is how good I feel eating this way! 4 pounds was great for my first week, and I'm really looking forward to the end of my 2nd week.
