  • Roll Call Tuesday 2/2/10

    Good morning everyone. After the first day of drinking all my water I feel horrible swollen. I hope my kidneys catch up. I have had problems retaining water since my 2nd son was born. I am not giving up though. I mean I have always drank water especially at work but just usually my intake was bout 40 oz a day. So anyway, I am about to go plan my meals for today and get ready for work. Have a blessed LC day everyone

    GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD MORNING EVERYONE!!! Down a pound so that makes it a mini-goal! Good timing for the motivation as I am leaving for Florida Sunday. It'll make it easier to say no to all the food my parents are going to try and feed me!!!

      Okay, well I was dumb. I let everything slip through my fingers. I was sticking to the plan and doing quite well after four weeks. Then I went out last Sat. and blew everything. How could I have been so dumb?

      Here it is Wed. and I have so much water weight added to my numbers or maybe it is fat I dont know at this point. I do know, that the scale says that I am up six lbs. WHAT? Yeah, six lbs.

      I went home and cooked like a polar bear rolls in snow last night. I made some of the alfredo hamburger broccoli hotdish. I cooked chicken breast for my salad for the rest of the week. I made some taco meat for salads and maybe a quiche...

      What else can I do? Friday is only a few days away and I have to stand in front of those guys and admit my guilt. I wont even have to admit it... the WII is going to blow my MII up for all the world to see.

      Okay, I feel a little better now that I got that freak out of the way. I am on plan today ... and I'm going to stay that way.

        What are you talking about??? That sounds violent! The WII can blow up your MII? Do you mean that literally? I ask because I have the WII Fit and I wouldn't want to be blown up!!!

          Going out to lunch with my mother & 2 yr old granddaughter. I'm having a chef salad as this is day 2 of having my head back on straight & doing what I need to do. Son has warn me 2 yr old woke up cranky~I told him to get her uncranky!

              good morning, I have a crazy day with classes from 8 am until 6:30 tonight - I know we will be making several trips to the coffee shop - I am positive i can resist all those yukky cinnamen buns.....(and stick to herbal tea!)

                good day yesterday, planning on a repeat today.

                  Here and on plan. Although I haven't cheated, my birthday cheesecake is slowing things down. I'll just have to finish it up today so I can move forward, lol.
                  1st Goal ~ 199 Onderland -Met 3/29/10
                  2nd Goal ~ 174 No longer obese
                  3rd Goal ~ 150 In the home stretch
                  Final Goal ~ 145 or below (I'll know when I get there) No longer overweight

                        No, you don't get literally blown up - Whew! That would be terrible.

                        On WII Fit at first your little MII looks so skinny and cute. Then the system calculates your BMI and your weight - Your MII gets BIG, if you are like me it gets really big. The stomach bulges out; just like the real me.

                          OMG!!! That WII is evil...it already scolds me when I don't go on it!!! I travel between my BF's house and mine and we both have a WII but of course the data stays on the individual WIIs so it always thinks I haven't been exercising for a week and totally tells me so!!! LOL!!! Like we don't have enough stress already!!! oyveh!
