    Good morning STACer's!

    My day is going to be busy doing cataract surgery. Got my lunch & snacks packed for the day. I'm ready to roll. Day 4 of having my head on straight & I'm feeling good. Ketosis has kicked in & I'm expecting the energy surge to hit any day now!

      Good Morning, Here and on plan. Loving it. I have a co-workers birthday lunch at work today and we are all supposed to bring some appetizer dishes.

      It was completely low carb too

        I'm here and on plan, but the scale is going in the wrong direction, I was up to 207.6 this morning, ughh. I'm quite certain though it is from the delicious birthday cheesecake that my hubby and daughter made for me. It was all legal, but with the exception of one piece my daughter ate, they left the whole thing for me and I ate the whole thing over the course of 3 days. But its gone now, so hopefully things will settle back down. Just goes to show that even being legal doesn't mean you can binge
        1st Goal ~ 199 Onderland -Met 3/29/10
        2nd Goal ~ 174 No longer obese
        3rd Goal ~ 150 In the home stretch
        Final Goal ~ 145 or below (I'll know when I get there) No longer overweight

          Good morning everyone! My eating is on track but I seem to have a weird kind of allergy. I am itchy all over since about 4-5 days and it is driving me insane!!! I haven't changed what I am eating, so I don't think it's a food thing (and I eat different foods everyday) so now I am wondering what the hey!!!
          Other than that it is sunny and cold (winter in Québec ) and Florida is coming up in a few days!!!

            I am feeling good - I just got dressed and noticed how much looser my jeans are...I still haven't weighed myself - I have a challenge going on with myself to see how long i can go without weighing!

              Hey all. I'm here. Having a little bit of belly pain this morning... hoping it wil 'work itself out'. ;-) Drinking lots of water and took a cascara pill which is a mild herb that helps with constipation. Scale was up too. So basically FOS. ha ha...

              Had a good eating day yesterday. Will try to do a repeat... made a nice dinner for the hubba when he got home: fish, zuccini, salad and brown rice for him only. (boy that stuff is hard to resist, but I did)

              Have been walking everyday, but probably need to do something more physical. Shake things up a bit, sweat.

              Goal for the day: Drink only ONE cup of coffee.

                  My kids are going through sugar withdrawal. They come home from school and ask for something sweet. But we dont have anything that isn't sugar free in the house anymore. I did give them a break last weekend and made a small (very small) batch of brownies. HD and kids each got two... none for me.

                  I am feeling a little better about the week. I know that I am up in lbs. but TOM is right around the courner and my choc. cravings have been insane. I think it is over though now. Maybe it was those darn brownies that triggered it. I will have to try some sugar free pudding. (can I have that? ) Probable NOT.

                  GUEKJIAN - Maybe it is dry skin... I am itchy all over too, but it is so dry here in ND in the winter. Never fails I have to lather myself all winter long. Are there red blotches?

                  ON plan and feeling good. Hope the rest of you are doing well.

                      I can't tell for the blotches because I keep scratching myself and I am a general shade of red!!! My friend told me to get the new Gold Bond lotion made for extremely dry skin, so I am going to try that when I go out a bit later today to pick up my son. I think a week in Florida is going to do wonders for the skin...long as it doesn't annihilate the program!!! (I have decided to stop calling this a diet!!!)

                        I'm here. Been an 'off' week for me. Not off plan really (a couple cheat moments) but just stuff going on at home that really was 'weighing' on me. Getting better now though that has really helped me get refocused for the upcoming weekend. My birthday is Sunday so I'm a little nervous about that... I'm thinking about making a cheesecake just for me!
