    IT'S FRIIIIIIIIIIIIDAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!! I am in a not so good mood because I got up up a half pound, but I think it was the smoked oysters last night...Oh well...I know I ate well so I'm not gonna freak out...2 more days of work until Florida!!! Yippee!!! Have a legal super sunny day all!!!

      Here and on plan and still up 1.8 pounds. I've been hovering around this same weight for almost 2 months now and starting to get discouraged. I know I had a couple of cheats over the holidays and one in January, but you'd think being on plan the remainder of the time I'd have lost something in two months I've searched my menu for carb creap, can't find any, been drinking my water, could probably up my exercise but there is only so much you can do indoors and the snow won't stop coming so I can get outdoors (yeap, we're getting dumped on again today and into tomorrow). I'm starting to think I need to drastically reduce my calories to get things moving again, but I know that's not the way Atkins is supposed to work, but its not working this way either, ughhhhhhhh.
      1st Goal ~ 199 Onderland -Met 3/29/10
      2nd Goal ~ 174 No longer obese
      3rd Goal ~ 150 In the home stretch
      Final Goal ~ 145 or below (I'll know when I get there) No longer overweight

      Current Mini Goals:
      1) 35 pounds lost
      2) 40 pounds lost to move to Rung 5
      3) 45 pounds lost to update 15 pound loss picture series

        I am up too this week. I have no one to blame but myself. However things were not as bad as I thought they might be. I am only up a lb. and that is something I can live with. I have been on plan since Wed. and again TOM is expected this weekend. I am figuring that lb. should be gone by next week.
        The boys came up with a new weigh in strategy for the month of FEB. - We are all going to put in ten bucks and just weigh a month from today. The most weight lost will take home the cash.

          Hi everyone,
          Don't get too discouraged with the slow wt loss. I have found that it IS harder naturally to lose wt this time of year. Something about winter makes our bodies really hold onto it. Keep up the good work, and it will come off! I always lose easier in the spring/summer months.

          Well, I was able to keep my goal yesterday and only drink one cup of coffee... it was very hard. Hard to believe how often I turn to coffee for comfort. Well, make tea a few times yesterday ahd drank that instead (herbal/decaf). Doing the same thing today, and it won't be any easier. Just love my coffee. but I know it's a staller, so I have to do this.

          Have a wonderful relaxing weekend. I have to work... :-( oh well.

            I'm here and on track. Yesterday was a challenging day but I got a lot of exercise in and didn't crack under the pressure of having Girl Scout Cookies around. Down another three pounds this morning (from Monday).

            I know those stalls can be challenging to say the least. Keep at it and stop those "cheats". I haven't cheated at all this time around and still I stalled once. I gave up coffee, alcohol and all that other good/bad stuff. Who knows how long it takes to recover from a cheat? If I can do it, anyone can do it.

              Happy Friday everyone! Still doing what I should be doing. Muscles a little fatigued from upping my exercise.

              Be safe everyone that's going to be affected by the Eastern storm that's coming through.

                Hey everyone. Better late posting then never. Doing good and on plan and loving it. down another pound this morning. I remember the days I lost 3 or more in a week. But oh well I was like 40 lbs heavier than. I just had an awesome t-bone. Didn't get my veggies in today but I am stuffed right now. Busy hectic day. Make that week. Well, the Superbowl is Sunday and I am so ready to see my Saints.
