WOW, it's been a long time since I started this thread.
I hope everyone is out having fun, and it's not storm or cheating related.
I'm on plan food and exercise wise. Tomorrow is weigh in day (had to change it this week for the 6 week challenge) so we shall see for sure.
I just finished working out (sort of) to Billy Blanks Bootcamp.... and boy am I a wimp
It's definitely a good reminded of how out of shape I have become, and more determined to change this.
If you're waivering at all, remember why you came back to this board and FIGHT !!
