  • STAC Roll Call - Saturday Feb 6, 2010

    WOW, it's been a long time since I started this thread.
    I hope everyone is out having fun, and it's not storm or cheating related.

    I'm on plan food and exercise wise. Tomorrow is weigh in day (had to change it this week for the 6 week challenge) so we shall see for sure.

    I just finished working out (sort of) to Billy Blanks Bootcamp.... and boy am I a wimp It's definitely a good reminded of how out of shape I have become, and more determined to change this.

    If you're waivering at all, remember why you came back to this board and FIGHT !!
    MAY 2010 Challenges

    I'm here and still on track. Feeling good. I added a few minutes of Stairmaster to my exercise this morning. Gonna need to keep working on that. I'll be back on the bike this evening.

    Next mini goal is to make it three months without alcohol. Started 1/1/10 Done!

    Next mini goal is 278 -50 Lbs
    Eventually, I'd like to join the century club.

        Packing for my vacation...I am sure I am bringing WAY too many clothes, but hey! That's a girl thing, right? I am bringing my computer, so I can come check in anyways...gonna need the extra motivation to keep from falling off the wagon for sure...

          Today, I too am starting all over again!! After several months of escalating binges - and several restarts! After last night's binge of XXXXXX (not gonna say - don't want to start thinking about that stuff again!!), I said, "Kathleen!?!?! What are you doing to yourself??? And WHY??" So I got up this morning, began rereading my DANDR - found some notes and affirmations I'd written in it, and I've been on program all day! And I've already consumed my FIRST 64 oz. of water, well into my second! Working on whatever it is that I need to feed my hungry HEART, because it is emotional eating that is triggering the binges that recreate the cravings...the vicious cycle begins again. But I am stronger than that - I've lost 100 lbs. before - I can lose the 50 I regained, AND I can get to my goal!! Thanks for this place to vent, be encouraged, and support others on the journey!

              I am starting right this minute, no waiting until tomorrow! I have been on and off of here so many times it makes my head spin. I know what I need to do, I just need to jump in and do it. My biggest battle is getting myself to understand that this is a whole lifestyle change and not a "diet".
