    Lets get this roll call started!
    Good morning STACer's! Hope you all have a wonderful day planned. For those of you who got blasted with the snowstorm I hope you are all safe & practicing good body mechanics while shoveling! For those of you getting ready for the Super Bowl I hope you are planning Atkins friendly goodies!

    good morning! down another 2 lbs. feeling better and getting back into the groove of things. I have to work during the superbowl, hoping that means we'll have a quiet shift, but that doesn't always happen.

    Once the Chargers lost I lost interest. I can't even remember who's playing today. ha ha. Looking forward to seeing that 'controversial' ad about Tebow and his mom.

      Its finally stopped snowing and the dig out begins...........I'll admit, I had beans in my chile last night, just couldn't resist eating with the rest of the family in this cold. Suprisingly I'm closer to my low weight today than I have been for the last two weeks. That's telling me that either I need to up my carbs a little bit or add more fibre as the beans cleaned the pipes pretty well (TMI? LOL). Enjoy your day wether it includes the snow shovel or a football game!
      1st Goal ~ 199 Onderland -Met 3/29/10
      2nd Goal ~ 174 No longer obese
      3rd Goal ~ 150 In the home stretch
      Final Goal ~ 145 or below (I'll know when I get there) No longer overweight

        LOL! Sounds like my weekend. I was in sore need of fiber and took care of that this weekend! Yes, tmi, but I'm feeling so much better! LOL!

              I'm here and doing well.

              Gonna have a few people over for the game. I'm making Jalapeno Poppers, Deviled Eggs, veggie tray, oven fried Buffalo Chicken Wings & Baby Back ribs. My daughter is gonna make brownies for the kids and others, I won't partake. I also saw suger free ice cream at the store (made w/Slenda) but passed on it and got regular so I wouldn't be tempted.

                Happy Sunday everyone !! Quiet day today, on plan and doing what I need to.

                I'll be watching the game, but sorry folks, no affiliation here. Just love a good evenly matched game. I'd much rather watch a close match than a slaughter, no matter who's playing

                  Hi guys...Im a stac tooo! So I thought this is where I should be posting...

                  I made a mistake in adding my ticker to the bottom..hence the words/slashes and NOT my ticker and status...
                  But Im not exactly computer literate!!!
                  Anyway....will be watching the Super Bowl today...am making chicken soup...minus the noodles and deviled eggs...
                  Routing for the Saints...because the Giants or Chiefs arent in it...

                  Hope you all have a great time watching the game!!!.

                    Happy Sunday everybody! For some STUPID reason, I decided to quit the Atkins way a few days ago. I'm not even sure why. Maybe it was a dumb menopause mood swing... I don't know... But, I'm back today because during thos 2 days I didn't feel nearly as great as I had been feeling. I'll weigh in tomorrow morning to see how those 2 days affected my weight. Oh well.... live and learn, right?
