    This time it is working!

Ever since I stopped breastfeeding my daughter 2 years ago, I have been on and off Atkins (I know, not good - but I can't go back - I did lose 47 pounds on Atkins 5-6 years ok - and maintained until pregnancy). I seem to do a clean 3 week induction and then when I move to OWL, I struggle and then start eating too many carbs again. I don't know why - I was self sabotoging - but I can't pinpoint out why! Because I know this WOE works!

This time, I have done it. Today I wore a jacket I haven't been able to zip up ever (you know - the piece of clothing you buy for when you lose weight that has been sitting in the closet for far too long...). I could do it up - even though I was wearing a big hoodie! I am wearing size 10 jeans today and I had to keep pulling them up! I am so excited about fitting into all my old clothes!!!

I am feeling so positive about this - I haven't weighed myself in a while and feel good about it. I am still meal planning and about to move to rung 2.

No real message here - but I am feeling good and just wanted to share!
