    Hey everyone! Good morning.
    Had a great LC weekend and ended it with MY SAINTS TAKING THE SUPER BOWL RING HOME!
    Louisiana really needed this.
    I made some jalepeno poppers and they were literally gone in minutes LOL.
    I hope you all have a blessed LC day.

    morning nicole - I was rooting for your Saints too!

    Didn't do great yesterday [or last week for that matter] - but I'm back. Laptop is fixed and work has settled down so need to get serious! Really looking for some loss this month.

        In Florida with the in-laws! Had a good conversation with my MIL about this plan. She is skeptical, but respects my choices. She know people who have followed this type of plan and they have all regained and weigh more than they did in the first place. I had to explain that this is not a quick fix...that you up the levels of everything gradually as you move on so that it is not a total shock to your system...I am going to work sooooo hard to stay on track!!! No scale here so that is kinda scary, but hey, it'll be a good experience!

            Here and on plan, but really struggling, can't wait for spring. Hopefully I'll be up a rung by spring planting time, as I'm planning a few beds of berries. I think I've realized that nuts are a trigger for me, I'm going to have to lay off of them and not allow them to be part of my weekly diet but rather an occassional treat and oh how I love nuts & seeds:-( Have a great day all!

              I'm here and on track too.

              Somehow I survived the Superbowl without falling off the wagon.

              I ate a dozen poppers all by myself yesterday.

                Morning all, Everything is doing well and on plan. Heading out the door to do lot's of running around today.

                  Dawg azz tired from an intense day at work. My kidlets are here until 6:30ish & then I'm taking them home. I'm picking up a Chef Salad for me & a sandwich for DH as the thought of making dinner is just too much.

                  Food has been on target today, H20 on target & forget about exercise~~not happening. I'm taking care of my neck/shoulder & off to bed after.

                    Hey, couldn't find this thread today. so posted in the century club by mistake. Here is my copy and paste.

                    wow! Where is everyone?

                    I slept in today and then heard my son out stirring around. Came out and talked to him. He told me his plan for the day and I said 'can I come?' So got dressed real quick and ran out of the house without breakfast. Thought 'uh, oh'. But the first thing we had to do was get his oil changed and while we waited we went and had breakfast at ihop. We both got yummy omlettes. mmm... he ate my hash browns. SO was totally able to stay on track with no problem. I only ate half of mine (eggs, cheese, bacon, avocado with salsa) so have it to snack on.

                    Then we went to Kohls and shopped. He needed some bath mats for his room and I bought him some glass bowls for microwaving. I bought myself some dishtowels and he wanted some too so bought him some of those. Got my daughter a shirt and two lightweight sweaters. (going to mail them for Valentines day) and that was it. Totally FUN to hang out with him. We talked so much. He talked so much. It was awesome mother son bonding time. We talked about his plans for the future and all the different options. I found out he is already taking college courses online which I didn't even know about. (hes a marine) I am so proud of him. He is so nice! and sweet. Now he is off to hang out with friends and my husband called to see if I wanted to go to a movie and dinner. (are you kidding me? of course!) so having a really awesome day. 'bout to run to the post office to get some boxes for mailing.

                    Happy to be on track and feeling good.

                      Hi guys, I haven't checked in for a while, but I'm still on plan. I had gotten down to 167.5 again, but I went to a birthday party and had a piece of cake, and we all went to Texas Roadhouse and I had a roll. Needless to say I woke up to 169. So I'm working that off. Well that's it for me in a nutshell. Hopefully I'll make 166 in two weeks (I'm going for modest 2 lbs a week).
