    Good morning and happy hump day everyone. Just hugging my coffee cup this cold morning. I realize it's nothing compared to a lot of you with all the snow and stuff but in Louisiana it's usually so much warmer by now. I am currently watching my DVR'd Biggest Loser from last night. That show really inspires me. Well, I am on plan and doing good except I didn't get in my water yesterday. I hate those days where it's so busy at work that I don't even have time to lift my water bottle. I almost want to set my cell phone to vibrate every 20 minutes so I will gulp down 8oz lol. Don't know how good that will work since my phone would be dead in 2 hrs. Just rambling. sorry.

    morning soul - I've started filling a 64 oz jug with ice and water when I get home from work. That way I can see how much water I actually drink.

    snowy day here in the midwest, but that's pretty much the norm these days.

    Here and on plan - keto breath - gotta love it!

      2nd day back on induction down nearly 2lbs going well.

        No snow here - just sun for the 2010 Olympics! If only we had a little.....

        I ate some junk yesterday - still low carb - but processed food - yuck! Back on track today!

          I had to get up at 7am and shovel out the end of the drive so my mother could get to work. Thank goodness I work at home. I hate driving in the stuff. Oh well... I'm getting plenty of exercise shoveling.

          I'm back on plan now for 3 days and feeling energized already. If only I could find a way to stick to it forever, instead of for a month and then falling off.

          Off to refill my water cup. 4 cups down me already this morning... so many more to go.
          Coming back to claim my life.

                Here and on plan, but having a terrible sweets craving and I'm not normally (even pre-Atkins) a big sweets eater. I ate some roast beef and cauliflower mash and its taken away the actual hunger, but I swear it would be a fight if there was actually something sweet here that I could just pick up and eat (although thoughts of peanut butter and jelly are going through my head and that IS here for the kids).

                Today was the day I was supposed to pickup 1500 boxes of Girl Scouts cookies, but the delivery got postponed due to snow, thank God. This wouldn't have been a good day to have to get them with this massive craving. So I pickup on Saturday and pray that I can resist that first Thin Mint, as if I don't start I'll be okay, but I know if I have just one................................. Have a great day all!

                  In Florida and doing remarkably well considering...walking everyday and staying away from the carbs...having my veggies...did the wine thing though to celebrate vacation with the in-laws At least I didn't have the rice with supper or bread or dessert! Could have been better, but could have been much much worse...Oh yeah...getting my water in!

                    Don't do it Barb... One is too many and a thousand isn't enough.

                    Here's a thought. Maybe stick a box of Thin Mints in the freezer and reward yourself when you have reached your goal and are on Maintenence. You probably won't even want them then...

                      All this talk of snow... afraid to say it's 'cold' here at 60 degrees. yes, I'm a lightweight. Bundle up and hunker down. That's what I"m doing. ha ha.

                      Being terribly lazy today... but then with the hours I keep, totally normal. (working weekends and evenings...) Just had my cup of java, and contemptlating brunch... hmmm the leftover bacon omlette from ihop? or fresh eggs with califlower fob? so much food, so little time.

                      Was not going to go on the computer til my house got cleaned. oops.

                      Going to the post office and meat market to get something for dinner... might be a taco night. (with fried cheese for the tortilla)

                      Gotta get a long walk in too.
                      ack! the day is half gone!
                      Time to redeem myself.
