    Good Morning STACer's!

    I don't know about the rest of you but I'm grateful it is nearly Friday. It has been a long week! And I haven't had to deal with blizzards or earthquakes!

      Beautiful sunny (but cool) day in Fort Lauderdale! I am here and drinking all my water and hoping the scale will be kind to me when I get back home...The week is almost over people! Stick with it!!!

        Ok, I'm starting to join the folks that want some sun....No snow, but overcast again, just plain dreary !

        But other than that, I'm here and on plan. Have a great day everyone!!

          I'm checking in and on plan. I had a minor setback last weekend with some sugar free candy. It was kind of funny though!

            K-You can come over here, it is SOOOOO Sunny you can't even look out the window without getting blinded!!!
            Of course it is TOO cold to go outside for anything unless it is FOOD!!!

              Hey there. It is cold, overcast, and drizzling here in austin, TX.

              I am on plan and doing well.

                Here and on plan and enjoying the relatively warm temperature (43 degrees), however I don't think all the snow will melt until April, lol. Still up 8/10ths of a pound from my low, but no cravings today (and I didn't give in yesterday), so I'm feeling positive that I'll see a new low soon. Have a great day all!

                2nd Goal ~ 174 No longer obese
                3rd Goal ~ 150 In the home stretch
                Final Goal ~ 145 or below (I'll know when I get there) No longer overweight

                  Hey guys I'm checking in. I just feel so blah right now. It's been dreary here for days. I just want some sun. I don't care if it's cold out. Sigh. Still on plan, trying to think of something to make tonight for dinner.

                    Hey, I seem to have a hard time finding this everyday... but here I am. Had a good day so far. Been out shopping and getting ready for a 14 person dinner party on Saturday night. Feeling a little stressed. eek.

                    Eating on plan though... and feeling pretty good. Getting a 2 hour massage tonight. Can't WAIT!!! yeah!

                      I had a lunch date today and had a cobb salad. Didn't eat it all and passed on the cheesy bread. Washed it all down with water. I was a little nervous but it worked out nicely.

                      So, I'm hanging in there. Still on plan, just not getting enough exercise. I did go for a little walk today and now my knee is as stiff as can be.
