  • STAC Roll Call Friday 2/12/10

    Wake up STACers! Its been a couple of months since I've been the first one on to post roll call, where's everybody at? Here on plan, and heading to the doc to get a health form filled out. I have a feeling that I'm going to find that I have lost more weight than I think. I actually started cutting down on my carbs before officially re-starting induction back in September, so we will see. I hope she is pleased, it will give me a little added motivation that I need at this time (my doc has always been supportive of Atkins, so thats a good thing). Have a great day all!
    1st Goal ~ 199 Onderland -Met 3/29/10
    2nd Goal ~ 174 No longer obese
    3rd Goal ~ 150 In the home stretch
    Final Goal ~ 145 or below (I'll know when I get there) No longer overweight

    Current Mini Goals:
    1) 35 pounds lost
    2) 40 pounds lost to move to Rung 5
    3) 45 pounds lost to update 15 pound loss picture series

    morning!
    I was waiting for YOU to start it! ha ha.
    Well, am up a couple lbs. :-( Accidental carbing yesterday: ate egg casserole that apparently had flour in it... :-(
    plus have been 'cheating' with nuts.
    grrr.
    Have to stop the self sabbotage otherwise I'm doing this for nothing.
    Making turkey sausage and eggs this am. When I cook my own food, I do much better. Hidden carbs are everywhere.

          Still here and doing well.

          You're not a failure until you quit trying.

          Restarted Dr Atkins Diet January 2 2010.
          Next mini goal is to get under 300 lbs. Done! 3/8/10
          Next mini goal is to make it three months without alcohol. Started 1/1/10 Done!
          Next mini weight goal is 289. Done! 4/4/10
          Next mini goal is 278 -50 Lbs
          Eventually, I'd like to join the century club.

            Good day. I started the day well. I am not sure if I ate "enough" 20 carbs yesterday. I seem to forget to eat the carbs except in my packed lunch. I have been looking for & can't find any sugar free valentines day chocolate boxes. When I am not in a relationship, I like to treat myself. After all I do love myself and Valentines day is about giving to those you love.

            Ultimate Goal = To feel good in my own skin. I'll know when I get there. It might be before or after 140 lb.
