G'morning STACers! I'm here and on plan, still haven't hit my low again yet, but I'm getting close. Today is the day that I pick up over 1500 boxes of Girl Scout cookies, I'm scared, very scared. I bought a box of Atkins Endulge bars last night, not that I make them a routine part of my diet, but I thought it would be safer to have some of those on hand in an emergency weak moment rather than opening a box of Thin Mints. 3rd Goal ~ 150 In the home stretch
Final Goal ~ 145 or below (I'll know when I get there) No longer overweight

I am expecting a challenging day - we are going to cookie decorating party this morning and then making a valentine's dinner for my husband with cheese bread - his fave and chocolate covered strawberries - my 4 year old loves them! Just bbq steak, cesaer salad and roasted beans for me! I may treat myself to a diet ginger ale - i'll see how I am feeling by dinnertime!

Good Morning everyone !!! Sunny Saturday, snow is melted, mud is almost dried up..

Hopefully you won't have to resort to the Atkins bars, but a better choice by far.

Hey everyone! Still here and on plan. Still on rung 1. Sheesh, my body does not want to get to 166 for the life of me. I'm going to a b-day party tonight. I never realized how many people at my job have birthday's in Feb. I can't wait until all of these b-days are over!
