    Up and at them. lost another 2 lb last week and starting the week right.
    We are in this together.
    Female 5'-2" Age=28 in March

    210, 200 ~start 1st, 190 ~end Aug'08, 180, 170 ~end Sep'05, 160, 150, 140 100# gone, 135 ? "acceptable" BMI
    Ultimate Goal = To feel good in my own skin. I'll know when I get there. It might be before or after 140 lb.

    I'm trying to start my week out with my head screwed on right. Took a mental health day & trying to figure out a few things.

        I'm here. Survived Valentines Day and feeling good about it.

        Down 3 Lbs this week and a total of 23 since coming back at the first of the year. Gonna move up a rung and see how it goes.

              Hi all! First time posting since I've been back. I just finished 14-day induction.. feeling great and I've lost 10 pounds so far. I'm moving up to OWL rung 1 now. I'm looking forward to looking and feeling good for my wedding in May. It's been a wonderful incentive to get in shape! Hope everyone has a great day.

                Here and on plan. Finally back down to my low today, but I had to get a stomach flu to get back there. Feeling a little better this evening (last night was rough) and was able to keep dinner down tonight, first thing that's stayed down since yesterday's breakfast. Feeling dehydrated, but need to take the water slowly.
                1st Goal ~ 199 Onderland -Met 3/29/10
                2nd Goal ~ 174 No longer obese
                3rd Goal ~ 150 In the home stretch
                Final Goal ~ 145 or below (I'll know when I get there) No longer overweight

                1) 35 pounds lost
                2) 40 pounds lost to move to Rung 5
                3) 45 pounds lost to update 15 pound loss picture series

                  I'm here. Stayed clean on Valentine's Day (don't like chocolate and candies all that much except for that TOM). Clean here today. Guzzling my water. I'm still not at 166 so I'm going back to see what veggies are making me stall, or if I'm eating more than I realize.
