    Good morning all. This is my first time starting this thread. I'm doing well, still on plan and feeling good.

    Have a great short week (for most of ya anyways).
    PBK - M/45/6'3"

    Restarted Dr Atkins Diet January 2 2010.
    Next mini goal is to get under 300 lbs. Done! 3/8/10
    Next mini goal is to make it three months without alcohol. Started 1/1/10 Done!
    Next mini weight goal is 289. Done! 4/4/10
    Next mini goal is 278 -50 Lbs
    Eventually, I'd like to join the century club.

    Good morning. Having to do my exercising inside on the Gazell. Insted of walking outside. Beautiful day but Allergies are murder.
    We are in this together.

    Ultimate Goal = To feel good in my own skin. I'll know when I get there. It might be before or after 140 lb.

      Did some interval training yesterday and feel fabulous. pulled out some old exercise tapes "the firm" for leg exercises. Getting the water in, had a great breakfast, ready to face the day!

        I'm here. I'm officially going to 're re start' today and do a 14 day induction. I think I need it more for the refocusing aspect of it than the weight loss. I've lost focus so much over the past few weeks I just need to get headed down the right road again. I hate the restrictive nature of induction but think it's necessary.

        Added a water bottle to my car to help with my water in-take. I find myself thirsty on my way to/from work and think it will definitely help.

          Day 3 of having my head on straight. Have a massive H/A~~results of detoxing. Expecting up to 8" of snow today. Leaving soon for a much needed acupuncture appointment.

            I am on plan and checking in. Feels great to get back in the gym today. I hopped on the scales and was down 3 pounds from last week!

              Hello all! Went to the gym today and then had a facial.. it was very nice. I've been drinking tons of water today.. I'm at about 100 oz right now. I'm going to have to wear a smaller pair of jeans very soon.. I keep having to pull mine up. Hope everybody's doing well today!

                  Hey guys, checking in late, but here on plan. So far so good. Drinking water, I'm hoping that I will reach 166 by Monday. My pants seem to be looser so I'm taking that as a good sign. Still not moving in the waist though, my already skinny legs and thighs are getting smaller. I want the chest and waist to go down more than my bottom.

                  My husband did his weigh in at the doctors office and in 12 days he's down 11lbs. I don't think he went strictly by the book for his diet, but since he is bummed about losing only 11, he's going to stick to his carbs and see where that takes him.
