    Hey everyone. Good morning, Been super busy and haven't had much online time. Still on plan ..but struggling with veggies and water. It's a time thing and I have to conquer it. I know if I can get my veggies in and water for a solid week I'll start seeing those lbs move better. So anyway, Have a blessed LC wednesday.

      I'm here. Having a 'BLAH' day...just feel blah. Headed to the pool in awhile which I haven't done in FOREVER.

        HI. Having a late start. Tummy troubles this morning. The normal eggs just turned my tummy so had an Atkins shake for a late b-fast. They don't last long but it is lunch now and I'm barely hungry. I'm not sure how my lunch will sit. Keeping my fingers crossed.
        We are in this together.

          Haven't been around much...seems like everyone is having super busy weeks! Cloudy day here, but not too cold at least...a few snowflakes falling...Can wait to get to the SUN!!!

            Good Morning Everyone I'm here and on track. Going to head upstairs and get some "skiing" in before heading outside to get some much needed Vitamin D !! Have a great day everyone!

              Here and on plan, forgot to weigh this morning. Was all the way dressed when I rememberred, contemplated getting undressed to get on the scale, but figure, eh, what's one day going to matter, not like its been moving for the last 2 months anyhow, lol. Just proved to me that this is actually becoming a way of life for me, not just a race to the end on the scale. Have a great day all!
              1st Goal ~ 199 Onderland -Met 3/29/10
              2nd Goal ~ 174 No longer obese
              3rd Goal ~ 150 In the home stretch
              Final Goal ~ 145 or below (I'll know when I get there) No longer overweight

                Hey guys. Still here. I really want to get to 166 so I can finally move to rung 2. I got dressed today so I didn't weigh myself today, but I have a feeling I'm still in the 168 range. Sigh I just wish I could get those 2lbs cleared. I swear when I did Atkins last time the weight just flew off. Oh well. I'll keep on going.
