Anybody have issues with migraines? I normally get one or two a year, but since I re-started on 1/5/10, I've had about 5. What's up with that?

Hi,
Sorry to hear about your headaches. Can anything else in your life be a cause? Are you eating any foods that you never or rarely ate in the past?
I was the headache Queen at one time. Then after "the change" they really occurred less, and now that I have been eating the Atkins way, I have only had 1 migraine in 6 months, and very little of the lesser ones.259/206/149

Hi Desert,
How old is your daughter?
My sons suffered from migraines so often when they were teens. One grew out of it completely at about age 20, the other took a little longer. We found no trigger to associate to the headache. We kept a food and mood log to try to track a pattern, but we never found one.259/206/149

I haven't been counting calories, but they shouldn't be low. Definitely at least half of my carbs are coming from veggies. I love veggies!! I drink at least 100 ounces of water a day.
I don't know. It's weird. Maybe it's just my body going through major adjustments.
