      Wow! Thursday already. I've been really bad this week about entering all my food into fitday.com but I'm down .5lbs today, so I'm happy. I'm always a slow loser, but as long as I make progress I'm good.

          Early posters today Everythings good in my part of the world. Going to make a Ground beef & Cheese Omelet in a minute for breakfast. I hope everyone has a Great Day!

            Here and on plan with a new ticker to boot
            1st Goal ~ 199 Onderland -Met 3/29/10
            2nd Goal ~ 174 No longer obese
            3rd Goal ~ 150 In the home stretch
            Final Goal ~ 145 or below (I'll know when I get there) No longer overweight

            1) 35 pounds lost
            2) 40 pounds lost to move to Rung 5
            3) 45 pounds lost to update 15 pound loss picture series

              Hey guys, I'm here doing good. I really can't wait to start Rung 2. I think that is going to be an easy rung just because I don't drink a lot of milk and eat too much dairy and I'm not going to force myself. Still on plan though. Just excited today, I don't know why though.
