    Good morning STACer's!

    I'm so grateful it is Friday! I have a hair appointment after work & I'm looking forward to that. DH & I may go out to dinner afterwards. Then home to watch the Olympics.

    Gonna be a great day! I am donating blood this morning, so no gym today.

    I am very excited though. I am in the process of setting up an appointment with a personal trainer to customize a workout plan. This is definitely a first for me!

        Here and on plan. The cookies have been here almost a week now and I'm proud to say I haven't touched a single one and my cravings from last week are all but gone. I have a box of Thin Mints tucked away in the deep freezer for I don't know when, but I think I've decided I'm going to bribe one of my kids to do something for me for them, maybe clean my bathroom? LOL
        1st Goal ~ 199 Onderland -Met 3/29/10
        2nd Goal ~ 174 No longer obese
        3rd Goal ~ 150 In the home stretch
        Final Goal ~ 145 or below (I'll know when I get there) No longer overweight

        Current Mini Goals:
        1) 35 pounds lost
        2) 40 pounds lost to move to Rung 5
        3) 45 pounds lost to update 15 pound loss picture series

          hey there. checking in. had a rough few days but am feeling better. did not go off diet. I am very proud of myself.

          Ultimate Goal = To feel good in my own skin. I'll know when I get there. It might be before or after 140 lb.

            Oops, I just came inside for lunch, a quick look at the computer (so I don't have 150 emails to deal with at the end of the day) and realized I forgot to check in.

            I'm on plan, feeling great, and spending time outside soaking up some rays and getting chores done.

              Next mini goal is to get under 300 lbs. Done! 3/8/10
              Next mini goal is to make it three months without alcohol. Started 1/1/10 Done!
              Next mini weight goal is 289. Done! 4/4/10
              Next mini goal is 278 -50 Lbs
              Eventually, I'd like to join the century club.
